I would agree with you, and I would limit those reasons to protecting others from force or fraud.People should be allowed to do anything they wish, except those things the law decides should be prohibited or restricted and only if they can show a damned good reason for the restriction.

Do they do an underwater version of this? Good way to dive the Blue Hole (and to get to it).
