I'd be happy if you would get in touch and give us a chance to dive together!Sorry to hear you are diving with jerks. My problem up north is men are either married/spoken for OR they are single and expect single women divers to look like Jessica Alba not like Barney the purple dinosaur. If you don't look hot, then either they won't talk to you OR they make it a point to tell you how everything you do is wrong (and yes, they are usually DIR divers too!).... can you feel the love??
I guess us PNW divers are a unique breed.
Over the years I have met all kinds of divers. The majority have been great people.
If a guy can't see past my "dive hood" hair and my mask face ~ he is not worth my time.
I have one dive buddy who had known me for months and had never seen me in make up.
We met one night after work to dive and he kept looking at me funny.
He finally commented that he had never seen me with my hair done and make up on.
The dive that night was fabulous.
We still dive together when we can match schedules and he continues to be my favorite dive buddy.
(he has never told me I dive wrong or that I am going to die ~ gotta love that)

Wednesday is going to be amazing! Sunrise at 1000 and the bridge after that!
I dont think there are any spots. We filled the boat in 1 hour since we had such a great time a few weeks ago.
Give Rick a call and see if you can get on board.

I might be able to sweet talk my way on..
Then again ~ food usually works best for bribing Rick.
But a full boat is a full boat. Love that he does not over crowd.

Or try being a female dive professional in this area! Guys always respond to the diving conversation, "oh yeah I'm a diver too." Then they find out I REALLY dive.
Yep, I feel the same way. A woman writes in her profile that she is a diver, but then I find out she only dives once a year when she's on vacation.
Fortunately I have my lady dive buddies. They have SO's, but they really like to dive as much as I do.

He was shocked to learn that I was diving at least once a week.
(I was diving twice a week for a while. ~ got to get back to that)
I was told that I was too busy to have a serious relationship and it was no wonder I was single.
I told him he was too pushy and it was no wonder he was single.
