Last minute trip to Belize in November...

It will be land based. We'll offer a 4 night 3 day pkg and a 7 night 6 day pkg. Yes I know...I'm a glutton for punishment :cheerleader:

Now pray there is a Belize to visit after Feliz. :cheerleader:

Working on air as part of both pkgs...short or long. Still hammering out the details but looking good. Now if there is anything left of Belize to vist... :thankyou:

I don't want to wish the misfortune on the rest of Central America, just want to spare Belieze.

Not sure about Knoxville...they said major US cities. I will add it to our list and yes so far the prayers are working!

I could be persuaded in going to Belize, if the dates line up ok for me. I have 1 busy weekend in Novemember besides the obvious. Any idea on when this trip would be just yet?

It's very likely I'll have November 6-25 off and I'll be looking for something to do. I'll be following the thread with interest. I got certified in Belize and I think I was missing alot of what there was to see due to nervousness, so I'd be interested in going back. I don't know much about the "O", but could be interested in that as well especially if it could link into Belize pretty easily, ie weekend before or after.

Regarding dates it will be before Turkey day...but can also be a holiday option on the Belize offering.

Looks like one or two possibiities...a possible trip to the Oriskini and Belize. Both great last minute ops!

Belize is a chance to dive some of the best landbased diving in Belize and learn about a graet new resort that wants to cater to divers, fishermen and all water loving people. I hope to have the preliminary details worked out today but we are looking at possibly 4 nites, 2 days diving including air from a number of major US cities for as little as $800...the air alone is $450! And we are trying to extend it out for a week as well!

So would you like a long weekend deal...4 nights 3 days or a week?

On the Oriskini we are looking to do 2-3 days with both recreational and tech offerings. We'll be on the same boat but can do our own style of diving! :wavey:

]WW , I might try the Oriskany before then who have you spoken with or where is a Dive Shop :welcome: that works with SD members ?????????? :diver:

WW will probably have her own answer. A good friend of mine dives with Down Under Dive Shop in Gulf Shores. They have a 46’ Newton and a top notch crew, He just got back from yet another weekend trip down there this weekend. He can’t say enough good things about them!

Sounds interesting, free airfare, free hotel, ...no doubt surface intervals will be spent trying to dodge the sales force, trying to convince me to invest 250-500K on a condo/house, on an island/shoreline, which at its highest point is 10 ft. above sea level.

Just remember, it's about the diving!!!
