OMG, me, too Tammy! I can't wait to meet you and everyone else. I'm sure I'll be up til all hours tonight as I always leave everything until the last minute. I've never been west of Califonia, nor east of Europe so this is quite an adventure for me. See everyone in LA tomorrow!

Sitting on board my US flight at the gate in PHL; US could only check the bag as far as NAN. They said their system wouldn't allow to KDV as it was a "non-baggage city." should be interesting.

Actually that is probably correct. When we did this trip the first time Air Pacific did not own the Nadi to Kadavu segment...now they do. The airport in Nadi is not that big and to collect and recheck is not a problem!

Yeah, I didn't stress about it, since I assume we're gonna have to reclaim our luggage and clear customs in NAN anyways, and we have enough time to deal with any issues in our layover there.

Just got off the plane and am now in LAX 
Had to catch my breath and regroup and figure out where I am and where I'm going. Am positively MANIC with excitement. Got off without my AT&T wireless card for my laptop, but think I will somehow manage without it. I was very happy to check my bags through to Nadi. Had to do some last minute repacking and hope it all works out. Hey K, don't you love your I-phone!!!! I have your number in my phone so will try to call. Am looking for movie stars already!

"Code Bravo" security breach at the International Terminal. Happened on the opposite side of the terminal, but both lines are at a dead stop. Wonder if they'll clear both sides of the terminal?

We all made it to FIJI.
