What's the deal with the Cockrans? If there is a chance to dive and win one, please put me on the list! Like most of my equipment, my computer is old with no bells and whistles, but it works. -Margaret

SD does research for DAN. You just wear the Cockran along with your own. You don't win anything, but once you see how great the computer is, you may want to replace your old one.

I just remembered to change my domestic flights! Here is the updated flight info.

Depart MCI 5/23 4:50pm, Southwest Flight 2744
Arrive LAX 5/23 6:20pm

Depart LAX 6/4 4:45pm, Southwest Flight 3162
Arrive MCI 6/4 10:00pm


To anyone recently signed up - or thinking about signing up! I took the extra 2 days option! After flying all that way, I just couldn't help it. So, you will have a roomie if you want to stay the extra 2 days, too!

It would be an easier decision with about another $10 on the price of oil, but should know by the time you get back from St. Croix.

If you fly on American, for example, they have a baggage transfer agreement with Air Pacific. In Chicago, show the AA agent your onward ticket to Fiji and they will check your bags thru to the final destination

I called AA and YES, they do have a baggage transfer agreement with Air Pacific. Even better: once I link my domestic flight to the Fiji flight by showing my FJ ticket, my domestic flight becomes part of an international flight and there will be no baggage charge! That'll save me a bundle
