hmm water will most likely if i remember correctly will be in the upper 70's and lower 80's most of the year with it being warmer in the summer. in the summer of 07 i used only a 1mm suit most of the time not as thermal protection but from items in the water (it was jellyfish season then), looking back in my computer log the temps were never lower then 85 degrees and the highest i recorded was 91 degrees in a breaker reef . so for this trip i would think that a 3mm would be good, but let me email a couple of people and i will get back to everyone on whats recommended in December.

No worries, in my job it seems like I'm ALWAYS relearning computer...then passing on what I've learned (we hope correctly learned, LOL) to young minds!
