My Dad had a heart attack yesterday. I am in TN for a few days. He is doing pretty well. He should come home in a couple of days. All prayers are appreciated!!
As for me, I'm feeling pretty scubalicious.

Thanks everyone! My Dad came home from the hospital today. He did have a major heart attack. One of his arteries was blocked 100% (inside a previously installed stint). They did angioplasty and and opened it back up. One of his other major arteries is also blocked 85-90%, but because of the trauma, they will have to wait 6 weeks or so go to back in and open that one. It will be a few weeks before we know how much damage was done to his heart. Thankfully is at home resting in his own bed tonight. My brothers and daughter are all here to help out him and my Mom. :wakawaka:

I know there are lots of complaints about our healthcare system, but what they can do now is really amazing. My Dad had great doctors and nurses! A big thank you to all the healthcare providers out there. I personally think you guys are awesome!!!! :wakawaka:

(I will be here a few more days and still have limited access).

SO glad to hear it Deb. Prayers DO work! And thankfully technology and the health care industry works too. I know as a nurse I always have a job and have seen amazing things happen. Good luck and prayers to you and your family, ~ Belinda
