Of course - I've learned to string it out. 
I started early too. My 90 year old mother called a week early to wish me happy birthday. Her memory is spotty and it was actually my father's birthday. He passed a couple years ago. It was sweet and a bit sad.
She told me once that I look a lot like her daughter. I look a whole lot like her, as much as anyone.
