Well it started out simple enough but its taken a turn for the worse. She was having a tooth problem that resulted in a failed effort to save her crown and required being pulled. In the process she ended up with a serious infection that has kept her home from work for a couple of weeks now. She is not responding to the antibiotics and so will receive intravenous antibiotics to see if that will clear up the infection.
Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts and well wishes so she can be healthy again soon as she has a dive trip in Cozy this month she needs to be well enough to go on!

I feel for her, as some years back I had a big problem with all my wisdom teeth at the same time. I was in agony for weeks, and of course they couldn't do anything about the teeth until the infection and swelling had gone. Then I had hospital surgery to remove two of the teeth, which had hooked roots. But if it's already been two weeks she's probably through the worst - good luck, Sandy!

Wow, that makes 2 people I've heard about today with serious infections. My other friend is in the hospital. Prayers to you too.
