I am checking award flights.

Would I be able to catch a 12:15 pm flight from BZE back home, since I have to fly from San Pedro Airport to BZE first?

If I take a later flight I will get stuck overnight.

Yes the island hopper from BZE international runs every hours so you can easily make that connection. kamala

It looks like I may be able to get this trip to work for me. We are supposed to have a skeleton staff at work during these dates, seems to me it would be an honorable thing to do my part and go SCUBA diving. I mean all for the sake of helping out at work and all. Kamala, do you know when you will have more details on this trip?

I should know all final details this week. Late last week I found out that due to the owners' father's poor health the hotel went on the market right after the new year. The owners jokingly said it was for sale when we were there but they never thought they would have to actually sell it as it is prime property NEAR town.

They will know if the sale will go thru this week and how if at all it impacts us. I'll will keep you posted.

Baggage Information

Due to the size of our aircraft there are certain limitations to the size and amount of carrying capacity and baggage. Tropic Air permits each passenger one (1) carry on and two (2) checked bags with the following dimensions:

Carry on maximum weight of 30 lbs., 40 linear inches and being no larger than 8"x20"x8" and must fit under the seat.

Each checked bag has a maximum weight of 35lbs., 62 linear inches with a width limited to 30 inches and height of 15 inches.

That said, I'm not aware of anyone having bag issues the last time I did this trip as far as weight restrictions go.

That being said...since we are a group they allow us 2 50# bags without issue. Biz is slow so they don't make a big deal out of it!
