I had to guess on rooming for several of you. I hope I guessed correctly. We pride ourselves in providing VERY compatible roomies but we need your survey to do this. If you do not want me to guess on diving as well, please return your survey and FORMS asap.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Hey everyone I want to apologize for not having enough staff to stay on top of everything so as to avoid the last minute frenzie for info and details. We are trying to fix that but we are an ALL volunteer organization including myself for the most part and therefore we are limited in the availability of staff.

1. I've asked ScubaClint and Scubapunk to help me summarize the extra nites needed and the extra dives etc. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DECIDE NOW SO WE CAN GET THIS SETTLED UP AND LET OUR ACCOUNTANT BILL YOU AND MAKE SURE OUR BOOKS ARE STRAIGHT.

2 They are also following up on missing documents...we have to have these as timely as we can. I have already submitted one rooming list and will have to submit another. Most resorts now charge for changes so we are at risk for change fees due to untimely documents.

3. With new volunteers (and hopefully a few more coming up the ranks) you can't rely on someone 'knowing' you as we've be able to do a bit in the past.

4. Please do NOT ASK QUESTIONS via our Payment Gateway. The primary person who looks at this info is the accountant and she merely records what you tell her your payment is for. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS IN THE THREAD so they can be answered for you as well as others.

Yes, I asked about pricing for Friday dives when I paid for the trip. Had been looking for response, but haven't been able to be online for past week.

Sorry you didn't get the update. The prepaid price for an extra 2-tank dive is $76.00. Shall I add you to the list?

IMPORTANT EXTRA DIVES UPDATE:


The boat will go on Friday regardless so if you are flying out late on Saturday and want to get two more dives in on Friday we do not need a min number. We do however need to have this set up early for planning purposes. Also these prices are prepaid pricing so must be paid for before the trip.

Also I'd like to do the extra 2 dives on Friday am and I think some others may also want to go out so we need pricing for that.

Stan the price is $76 for (2) more dives on Friday. I am waiting to hear if they need a minimum or if the boat will be going regardless on Friday.

I will do the extra night dive for $65 and do the extra night with diving for $245? ( is there d/o for last day... whatever works. I am flexible)
