Wow...I had forgotten that it was 04-04-04.....this weekends dive was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. The only thing that could have possibly made it any better was if I could have stayed down longer. New dive site and new toy: I WILL go back again and I'm looking forward to it.Hey NP...sorry I didn't call you....thought you were on call! Got a quick gear and new toy dive in....it was lots of fun even if it was too short although it lasted longer then I would have normally dove!OH, and hey WW. Since I know where you live.... where did you go diving today, and why didn't I get a call!?!?!?
Now with the 04-04-04 in mind, I have decided when I am going to do my dream dive. Seeing as how my birthdate is 06-06, PNG will be 06-06-06.

Hey you got to dive with a new toy too? So did I! New toys are definitely fun! As for your dream trip 06-06-06...maybe we'll make it a SD.com trip!! I too find if hard to get motivitaed to cook when I get home from work and the gym. (Same gym as DiverLady's) but I find crock pots are great and I too cook a head of time. If you have salad prepared a head of time then putting it into a bowl and adding some protein is not too bad. M&M's have a lot of easy fish and chicken dishes that microwave well and are great with Salad.

M&Ms!!M&M's have a lot of easy fish and chicken dishes that microwave well and are great with Salad.
Oh. I don't think you're referring to the same M&Ms as I'm thinking of! LOL
(chocolate!!)
I am trying to avoid eating junk I'm just not very good at it! I'm making an effort. I printed off WW post about salads and stuff. Maybe with being on daylight savings time now, I'll be more inclined to make a healthy dinner rather than collapsing on the sofa after the gym!

OK, so this thread was somewhat tortuous for me.....I miss cooking sooooo much! The food here isn't bad really, despite all the complaints of my co-workers....I'm pretty sure that the complaining is just a hobby 
When I lived someplace I could cook, I also hated cooking on the weekdays after work....so I would cook for the week during the weekends.
I do get to cook on vacation though....much to the delight of whomever I happen to be staying with They come home from work and I have all sorts of fun stuff whipped up for them.
It is sometimes challenging to eat healthy meals here though....you just never know what you're going to get till you get there. They always have a red meat, a poultry and a fish as well as a soup, some kind of steamed veggie (generally steamed squash and carrots) and a salad bar of sorts. The problem for me stems from the fact that they try to cook so that most of 90+ countries on the ship have something close to what they eat there....so there's a lot of spicy food which I just can't eat....it tends to drastically reduce my eating choices so I break down and order a cheeseburger.
Oh and Sweeper....one of my favorite restaurants on the planet is in Cozumel. It's called La Cocay...it's not Mexican food (well technically, the food is from Mexico....but you know what I mean) I guess you could call it Mediteranian....but I just call it amazingly good. The Chef is from Canada...and really makes things depending on what he finds that looks good and fresh.
Anyway, it's one of my favorite restaurants....I highly recommend it.
