I am feverishly trying to get packed to travel with Bill to Memphis to see his mother who has not been doing well. I will then travel to Texas for some out paitent surgery and ultimately the holidays and then onto Belize to ring in the new year DIVING!!!

What are your Thanksgiving plans????

Turkey here in NYC with some family members, then the rest of the weekend in Boston with other family members.... Then a hectic two weeks of work, administrative prep for 2012 and the a week in Cozumel mid-December!!!!

I just finished my home made chocolate mousse for dessert at my parent’s house on Thanksgiving Day, Mom says 22 for dinner at last count. Then Friday off to the mountains for the start of Pennsylvania's deer hunting season

Im working the next three days (only half day on Friday). Again this year my parents are traveling so I will be on my own

I actually get Thanksgiving day off, and don't have to be at work until 7:30am on Black Friday! Not bad for working in retail....
I am having T-giving dinner with a bunch of single friends, and we're all bringing a dish or two to contribute to the meal. I'm looking forward to a leisurely afternoon with friends.
My daughter & her family tend to do big family things with my son-in-law's extensive family.

Headed to Morehead City to spend time with my parents... and horror of horrors, I am not sure I'll have time to get a dive in, even though I think two ops are running over the weekend! I think I'll bring my gear just in case! It's been two weeks since I've been in the water (excepting the aquarium) and it might be a good idea for everyone's sanity

Being a Brit I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, though a case could be made for us to celebrate it on 4th July .

It is widely celebrated here in Belize by people from all nations - any excuse for a binge! There was a quiz recently at which Americans were asked what they're giving thanks for, and do you know - most of them had no idea.

Spending it in South Florida with my parents, for whom we had a 50th wedding anniversary party last night. Been a busy week, looking forward to getting home and get some skiing in before Christmas.

Then off to College Station, TX to see 2 of my BFF's!!

Not working and not on stand by!! Couldn't be any better!!

We went mountain biking with my husband's parents (10 miles and 800 feet of climbing for 70+ year olds, wow!!!), and then I got to play with my new dive gear! After that, we finally cooked a delish dinner and played canasta.

I ran away to Fiji and dove... a nice way to recharge even if a bit untraditional.
