Important Trip Update:

Happy Holidays everyone...and be sure to check your pm's here on the site as we will be opening this trip up right after the holidays. (There is just too much going on to do it before Christmas and since we have a New Year's trip it will be right after that!)

So stay tuned for the full booking details. The trip price will be firm and we will post several touring options will be given but the pricing will not be firm for the tours as it is too far out. However the tour info will allow you to see the options available and we can then as a group decide what we want to do.

Yes it is true that we will open this trip up right after the new year for booking despite being so far out. This will allow people to completely be sure they have a spot and for a few lucky people a chance to lock in 2013 pricing for a 2014 booking!

So get your pennies ready...this will be a bucket list trip that is near the top of ALL BUCKET LISTS!!

IMPORTANT REQUEST:

GALAPAGOS would be goers on our Dec 2014 trip....I have a chance to obtain a 2nd date which would be Dec 8-15, 2014. We currently have Dec 1-8. We expect to sell out the first trip when we open it up this week...is anyone interested in a 2nd back to back date? You could do EITHER trip or do both if you wanted. Need your input now while trying to see if we can get the 2nd week or not. Thank you, kamala

IMPORTANT UPDATE:



1. This trip will open up sometime in the next 5 days.
2. The boat ONLY holds 16 divers
3. Rooms can be configured for singles (2 twin beds) or for couples (1 queen/king bed)
4. ALL SD participants will get a $100 savings off this trip for paying their deposit early aka before say Jan 25th.
5. ANYONE signing up and paying in full before say Jan 25th (or whatever the date is) will be able to lock in 2013 pricing. 2014 pricing will be approx $300 more so this is a huge savings.
6. We have sent a pre-trip announcement to all the PREMIER members on the notify list but many of you are still only basic members so please upgrade so you can

a. receive the pre-trip notices
b. receive the official "trip is open" notice
c. sign up for the trip (only premier members can sign up for trips to facilitate proper pre- trip communications).

Since this trip is estimated to fill up when its opened up...get your membership upgraded today and stay tuned... GALAPAGOS HERE WE COME!!!

3. Choose Premier or higher level of membership
4. Follow the payment prompts and pay via paypal (automatic) or via our payment gateway (takes a day or so to be updated).

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:

I am writing because I want to be absolutely sure that the trip is 12/14, which is a month shy of 2 years from now.

Yes we are talking about 2 years from now... December 2014. People have been wanting to KNOW they have a spot and so I have agreed to open it up early. VERY EARLY...but it will be good to know you are locked in and can be assured you have a spot.

Please remember that all spots will need to be guaranteed with a $1000 deposit that can only be refunded via trip insurance or by reselling your spot to another diver on the waiting list, etc. This will ensure that only serious divers take the spots.

Also note that if you signing up for other 2013 trips AND the Galapagos or Truk Trip which will also open early...that I will work with you on the deposits for the 2013 trips but will need the full $1000 for the 2014 trip in order to be fair.

And don't forget that we'll be offering LOTS of incentives for this trip including $100 members only discount off the trip and the chance to lock in 2013 pricing NOW if you pay the $2013 price in full by our early booking deadline somewhere around Jan 25th. (Note we'll give a 2 week window for early bookings but I expect the trip to fill out quickly so do not delay too long when deciding to sign up!)
