Just noticed the dates on these posts. Guess I'm lagging! I can come anytime if you can use my help....just need a room share. I enjoyed setting up last year. Will remember to bring some hot glue this time if I'm onboard!

Awesome! Our BTS Queen is going to be uber busy until the first part of March so will not be on top of all the organizing we normally need to do until then. She will do a great job of coming from behind but we'll need to remember that some of this will not be captured as we'd like so may be duplicated when she is back onboard. Without her we'd NEVER make all those hours of volunteer time for BTS that we need to give in order to get the dive club rate.

So bear with us...but YES WE NEED YOUR HELP GIRL!

Sunday usually has less helpers so for sure Sunday and possibly Friday night is also light. My BTS Queen will be getting all the volunteers organized pretty soon so we'll have a better idea soon I hope.

OR IF ANYONE IS SO INCLINED AND HAS TIME AND WANTS TO GO THRU THIS THREAD AND SUMMARIZE THE HELPERS TO DATE THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!

And we'd love to see you baby! I'll certainly have you help in our booth as well!

Just noticed this! YES we'll and need all the help we can get! We have to supply BTS TONS of hours to get our uber awesome booth location AND the reduced rate and we have to supply our own booth as well so that means LOTS OF PEOPLE!!!

Just to let you know, I have confirmed my flight and will be arriving thur night and staying at the courtyard down the street from the meadowlands expo center. I will be leaving mon so I will be able to fill in wherever you need me that whole weekend.
