Have been traveling...just finished our Cooper River trip! What great news to come back home too!

URGENT LOCAL AIR UPDATE:


1. I thought we had until Monday but the consolidator is asking for ALL details by tomorrow Friday. I told them I would get all that I can.

2. We need to know WHEN we need to book the local air for you to San Cristobal. If you are NOT doing any tours via SD.com then we will book you on the Dec 1st flight to San Cristobal if doing WEEK #1 or Dec 8th flight to San Cristobal if doing WEEK #2. If you ARE doing a tour with SD.com help we need to lock in your details ASAP so we can tell the consolidator if you are flying to San Cristobal the day the trip starts or a day early to do some things on that island.

3. You need to send the air booking form to us ASAP so we can get your local tickets booked. I have attached it for your convenience.

SEVERAL IMPORTANT NOTICES:

1. The airfare booking form asks what city you want us to look for airfare from... IN THIS CASE the answer is Quito or Guayaquil depending on what city you are flying into.

2. The form asks you to print it out and sign it...because we are in a hurry you can skip this part if its easier but the form has to be printed to keep your info in it...it can't be emailed UNLESS you scan it first so you can then sign and then scan and then email to TRIPS@SINGLEDIVERS.COM

3. Since many flights have had changes to them by the airlines (I know mine has had 3 so far) it would be a good idea to ADD your MOST CURRENT int'l details to the email you are sending the airline auth form on so we have the MOST UP TO DATE INFO possible.

4. NOTE Since we are booking ALL the local flights we need this form from EVERYONE. Please fill it out and send it in as soon as you can. Thank you!
