Kamala, why on the listing does it not show me as fully paid, and new booking template needed? You have me down as fully paid, don't you?
Hey Jeff, several factors are at play here...
1. When you canceled the trip we removed you from the list. I think we can rebuild your trip posting from the original one you made but just haven't done it yet.
2. We just brought on a new trip helper to help our TC's as we have added more trips but not trip coordinators. As a result we are a bit behind on the updates in post #3 on some of the trips. I hope in the next week or so this will be rectified BUT the new person still has to get thru the learning curve associated with the job.
3. As I recall you were paid in full for the trip but still owed for nitrox. I'll check and let you know.
4. In the meantime...can you PLEASE fill out the air authorization form so we can get your local air booked. I need it asap. Thank you! kamala
