Connie can you try posting your template again? You copied the entire details from post #3 so if you had anything in there unique we could not see it. Hi Kamala,

I am back in town now. I will fax all my forms tomorrow. I may be missing some info like nitrox: NO, Whale excursion: NO (would rather the $50 cash discount). I do want to do the RAB mentor program for $150. And can I subtract the credit of $50 for early cash payment? Also, if I could have the free DAN computer if available. Was the charter air $250 or $240? I paid $250. I am working on my flights to SXM. Thank you for your patience. I am looking forward to this trip.
