NOTE: BVI flies SAT, MON, WED Flight is $250 round trip. You may book our contract air or book your own. The two primary carriers are Liat or BVIAirlines. Our contract is on BVI. Thank you Joel...you are really getting the hang of this posting thing!

You should certainly be paid in full but sometimes our awesome volunteers get behind on keeping the posts current. HOWEVER we post this info so EVERYONE is on the same page. Give our volunteers a day or two and they will get the 3rd post updated to reflect your payments etc. and/or they will advise you if we need anything else. Thank you, Kamala

Please do not skip over any spots on the trip survey. For those of you who are planning to be on the Charter flight, please forward to me the following information:

1) Passport Number
2) Passport Expiration Date
3) Issuing Country
4) Birthdate
5) Full name as it appears on your passport.

If you sent me a copy of your passport, thank you. I have everything I need from you.

If you did not send me your passport, but you did fill out your passport into on the survey, thank you, all I need is your birth date.

If you skipped the passport info on your survey, and did not send me a copy, please do so as soon as possible. Kamala will not be able to purchase your charter ticket without it.

RENTAL GEAR: If you are planning to rent gear, please tell me exactly what pieces you want to rent and your size, so we can make sure they are available and reserved for you.

Please note you have 21 days from signing up to get them into us otherwise if you need more time we'll add $75 to your invoice for late document fees. Keep following the steps in post #5 or so and you'll be all signed up and ready to go in no time!

Week #2 - - just paid for the "2 extra boat dives on the last day", $88.00. The date for that day is June 7th, correct?

Any update on the cost of my 2 extra nights (departing June 10th)?
No problem for me to shore dive if no one else is staying to justify boat dives.

Scienceteacher~ I am paid in full today 4-11-13 for charter & land from St. Martin to Dominica and taking the Group BVI charter on evening of May 25-June 1st with Nitrox & Garden View share room. I am flying from Las Vegas on the 24th night flight through JFK on Delta arriving at 1230 hrs. This is my second year in a row, and this is in my humble opinion, still the best island left to see marine life in the Caribbean. I have dove 14-islands from Turks & Caicos to Bonaire, Curacao & Aruba and this is the best! SIGN UP NOW! Forget about Cozumel, Bonaire, Curacao, Aruba, Grand Turk, Little Cayman, Cayman Brac, St. Lucia, Grenada, Turks & Caicos, and the Isle of Man, this is the place to be!
