So, I've been looking for Happy Hour venues - do we want to do the same place each night or spread it around? I'm thinking Alice Cooperstown would be an option and possibly Seamus McCaffrey's, an Irish pub. The Diamondbacks aren't playing in town, so we won't have to fight that crowd, so parking may not be so bad. Let me know what you think or if there are other options within walking distance of the convention center and I'll check them out or make reservations.

I have found that walking distance to the show is the BEST for a variety of reasons including people not getting lost! LOL! But if we can't find something good walking distance then I am open for suggestions.

We'll also need to eat on Sunday so I've added a list for peeps to sign up to join us after breakdown of the show, for a bite to eat. Ideally this is also walking distance or close by and when we are done...people head home.

I will come in Friday night and leave probably right after the show on Sunday back to Tucson. Does anyone have a hotel in mind? I don't want to stay at the dive show unless I share the room its pretty expensive. I can get Happy anywhere as long as I'm with cool dive buddies so any venue is good with me. Anyone thinking of diving Friday? I know there's not much in Lake Pleasent but trust me, I've been salt water sober since the first week of June and the thought of filling my BATH TUB up and a box of salt HAS crossed my mind!!

Hi and thanks Belinda for checking out the hotels, I will book a room there also. Not sure of all that will need rooms, hopefully they will add replies!!! HH anywhere is fine, I will be coming in Friday after work and leaving Sunday after 6:00p. Looking forward to this show.

Hey, Belinda, Unless you just want to get wet, Lake Pleasant really isn't all that nice. If you're in a small group & there is no one teaching in the same cove, you might get 30-40', at best. Anyone else near you & it'll be down to maybe 18". I'll have other guests in town that weekend, as well. Can only really dedicate Fri/Sat to the show & festivities. See you soon.
