Greg: Water was a bit chilly over 4th of July... so was upper 70's shallow and about 75 or so deep. It is usually low 80's top to bottom! If you are driving and space is not an issue then bring both wet and dry. But if you flying...then wet should be fine. I dive it wet and you know what a wuss I am!!!

Thank's for the report. Thats what I've heard it is,good to get confirmation.I think you'd agree our weather this yr. has been very different every where.
Mike & I went to Gilboa Quarry in Ohio this past weekend.DUI days.He did Dry and was great in it..I was in 64 deg and did good in the Henderson. It was crowded but got to see some of the highlights of the quarry. Vis was better than what we see locally at times.

put me down as interested.
That looks like a dive trip worth leaving Alaska in the summer.

I will also remind you between dives that the big rusty thing the Lionfish swim around is NOT the target. (Especially when you figure out that description fits not only the wreck but me. See ya on NC, Sparkster! :diver:

Add me to the interested list. FYI, I am considering leaving a vehicle and dive gear for the week between the NC and SC trips and flying home. Thoughts?

I'm new here, but interested in this trip. I've wanted to check out NC, and my birthday is July 19, so it should be a good present to myself.

Between Baltimore and DC. BWI is the closest airport. DCA and IAD are also options.
