I haven't done this particular route and previously it was out of Cancun on the return so possibly you would need an extra day to return.
How do we get back to Cozumel? Boat, car?
There's a ferry that runs from Cozumel to Playa so I would imagine Kamala will have transportation lined up from the last dive site back to Cozumel using the ferry.
