AWESOME! Sylvia will be fine tuning the volunteer assignments so will let you know what we need. The best is to be available and just go with the flow. Since the show will not start a day early like it has the past couple of years...the hours from volunteers DURING The show will be more critical since we can't amass them early like we have been doing.

Since Friday is a short day I wouldn't be able to contribute much in the way of volunteer hours on Friday, especially if I want to actually see whats at the show too lol, so I'm working on switching my day off to Saturday and that way I'll be available all day Saturday and be able to help out longer. Probably would do the HH too.

NEED SOME HELP!!!!
Hey gang...I need some help! Since the new home of OMS (Ocean Management Systems) has moved to California, I no longer have a place to store the tables we use at the booth for the BTS Show. 
If anyone has any long folding tables please let me know. OR if I pay for someone to get me one or two at Walmart (they have the type that the legs fold and the table folds in half taking up significantly less space) then I would just need someone to bring them to me on Friday and take them with them on Sunday when the show is over.
I thought about DaveL but he and Sylvia will leave the show early on Sunday to get Sylvia to the airport.
Which also begs the second problem I now have... my built in ride for BTS has always been my husband and now I will need a ride to the airport on Monday since the flights leave too early on Sunday to break down and head out of town. 
I guess I could see if anyone has an airport shuttle since we are close to the airport.
Any suggestions?

I have a table as you discribe, It's in allentown PA. I can get my hands on at least one more. I'll get back to you. the only caviot is I can't get there until Saturday. If Dave L can swing by my house he can get them. I have to leave early on sunday as well and I have to drive right by the Newark airport and can take Silvia there if Dave wants to stay. I'm reasonably sure you can find one of the hotels there on site that has a shuttle service. GunnaBdiver and I stayed at the Hilton just off site and saved $$. It's something to think about for sunday night.
