Thanks Glen! Can you NOW sign up for Cayman Brac so you can see how it works when you are on multiple trips? And if you fill out any of the forms...even just the general form...first ...you'll see that it will auto fill it out for the Cayman Brac trip. We really need someone to test the new forms. While you can't fill the form out partially...any form you fill out will be saved for the next trip and next trip etc.

Hey Glen...yes you are now on the list AND the summary list which I use to keep tabs of the rooms we've sold. We've found a total of 5 not on the summary list at the top of the post but in the master listing of those going. I released rooms prematurely so have contacted the resort to get some back.

PLEASE post you plan to do it....and we'd love for you to tell us what you want via our booking template.....since we will run both systems in tandem for a few months....BUT PLEASE DO NOT DO THE DOCUMENTS THE OLD WAY!!! I paid the 2nd install payment on 4/20 of $500, and sent all my docs via fax on time, but they have not been noted on my template.   I have confirmations of these transactions.  I look forward to the trip.

We have them! The trip coordinator for this trip has been busier than a bee working on our NEW SYSTEM! So she is a bit behind but will play catch up soon.

Tom we had to wipe out all the sign ups that were created during testing. So if you sent them to us via our OLD system and do not wish to do your docs in the new system...you are exempt. Since it takes only 11 mins on average to do them all online and once they are done...they are done for all future trips...then...."Sure we'd love for you to do them in the new system!" :
