I used the gym a few times when I was there in 2013. Pretty small room but it did have a universal machine, several dumbell sets & a treadmill. Certainly enough for me to adapt my strength training regimine to what they had. I also found the Sit-On-Top kayaks a great sunrise workout; paddled outside the protected cove into open water and enjoyed the sunrise. The cove itself was excellent for a 1,000m swim as a morning wake up. The one thing that was a challenge is the lack of AC in the fitness center; made for warm and sweaty work outs when I was in the gym. However, I was certainly able to maintain my fitness program while at Media Luna.

And go ahead and post the booking template for each of you (yes you can do for her) so we do have your booking correct. We will have you duplicate in the new system hopefully this coming week and let you use the new system for payment and signing up. Of course we have to run the two systems in tandem until we are fully cut over but that will hopefully be very soon!

THANK YOU! That's what we needed. Hopefully this week we'll be going live and you can sign up in the new system and pay via it and do your docs via it.

 

The docs once done online are saved for each subsequent trip. YEA!!  The only form you have to upload is the waiver and your flight details but we can also still take them via email.

 

I'm so excited. You are BOTH officially on the trip ....just want to have a controlled real sign up via the new site when we go live this week.

 

p.s. how long did it take to write that poem??? I SO IT!!!

The poem did not take as long to create as the booking template did to cut and paste from the Ipad (currently in NJ visiting T). Forwarded our flight info to "trips@singledivers." Have to get back to Wyoming to look up our DAN/Diveassure info. Let us know when we should access the new pay portal and when when we should access the official trip documents to fill out.

One correction to our booking template: Just4trix is not a repeat customer of Media Luna, Starshark12003 is; will not deduct $25 for her, but will for me.

Now off to sell my house in Wyoming, move across country, find a new place to live, start a new job in South Carolina and remember where I put my snorkel. Please let me know when I need to do paperwork or pay for the trip; I am a little distracted

Scott, you and Teresa were just added to the Trip PM. Directions on steps through the NEW booking system are recent posts in that thread. I am sure you are in touch with Tee so will let you contact and work with her to avoid confusiion unless she contacts us directly for help. Welcome aboard!
