PLAYING CATCH UP...

 

I'll see if one of the TRIP TC's will update this list for me otherwise I will do it this weekend after our industry annual trade show. BUT...ALL ROOMS ARE ALREADY LOCKED IN so you are set ....but we'll get the list updated as soon as we can. THE ROOMS ARE ALREADY BOOKED so no worries there!

Hi Kamala - I have booked my airline tickets and arrive on Feb 24 at 14:55 Emirates 652

 

would like a hotel room for the nights of Feb 24-25....I have read that rooms have been held...

 

In order to get the cash discount price....does that mean I need to bring paper USD cash or what?

 

Since I have a credit due me from SD, can you pay for my 2 room nights? as a partial refund?

We often set up group hotel bookings for safety and convenience as part of long trips. You only pay what I pay for the rooms etc. I usually bear the expense of the currency conversion as a benefit for members. Once everyone is locked in on the nights they want we will post a final schedule and then bill you for them via the system.

 

And yes you can pay for your rooms via the Cuba refund due to the boat being sold out from under us! LOL! (And in a way it was good it was as that week would have been blown out with hurricanes so we were lucky on many fronts! )

 

p.s I will catch up the master list after Thanksgiving unless one of our uber Trip Coordinators wants to jump in and help out since I'm trying to get the rest of the 2017 trips open for booking and lock in as much of 2018 as I can! :thankyou!;

I will need 1 night hotel in Male on 4th leaving 5th for boat.
I will be staying 1 night on arrival to Dubai and 3 nights (March 15-18) before leaving to come back home. If anyone is staying in Dubai and would like to tour around let me know.

After the holidays in the 30 day range we will lock in the payments etc. Our uber booking system guru is on xmas holidays and going DIVING for the New Year!  So when she returns we will get this all squared away. Thank you!

To clarify, I would like a room in Male on 3.4.17.what is the name of the HOTEL?

I am landing in MLE on 3.4.17 @9:45AM and was planning on touring the area - but am a bit wary of doing this alone... -So I did not think I needed a room if I could tour MLE for the day...please advise!

Is anyone else on the 4:35AM flight DXB - MLE Emirates on 3.4.17 that would like to tour all we can then get to the hotel for check in...is there a place to leave our luggage for the day (at the hotel??) 

I would love to do this instead of go right to the hotel. Then on 3.4 evening hang with the group & 3.5.17 we can all see things together or just catch up on some sleep.

 

I am also in DXB from 3.2.17 2:00PM - until pick up for the flight on 3.4.17 @1:30AM I have a "free" room at the Hilton Sharjah (points) my plan was to do as much as I could in DXB for the36 hours I am there...with some of the group or without...let me know if anyone wants to meet up & where you are staying..if better & I can get the same deal then I could switch...

 

One more thing...what days do you think we will have wifi strong enough to skype with wife & kids on the boat?
