Just booked & filled out paper work
Booking program wouldn't allow me to adjust for return T&C trip [Sept. 2011] after I hit the original 'add to cart' - Please apply $25 credit to my Raja Ampat booking

This thread has been quiet too long!! WOO HOO We are diving in Turks & Caicos!!
This is probably my fourth trip on this boat, but other members have many more trips and have enjoyed it enough to return again.
From my past trips I wrote myself 'reminders' -- for those of us who recharge camera or light batteries between dives, make sure to bring a power strip &/or extension cord. This should help ensure that you have enough electrical outlets.
They have a great place to hang wetsuits on the dive deck, but any dive boat always seems to short on hangers so I take a few of my own hangers.
How funny -- I wrote a note in a past log book that the food on this boat was TOO GOOD and to remind myself to skip some of the snacks to ensure that I had tummy space for the meals.

Will be interested in seeing how IRMA has impacted the dive sites (but can I remember back to Sept. 2011, when I last dived them)
Would like to help eradicate some lionfish, but need questions answered. Will we be allowed to spear lionfish? Under what conditions/rules/cost? Does the boat have spears? Are there any rules regarding the type and/or length of spear used? Does the boat have containment devices, such as a 'Zookeeper' or similar available for use?

A liveaboard dive boat is about the only place I don't use that wonderful Dominican travel clothes line!
When trying to dry a wetsuit (or other clothing) on a moving dive boat, there's always a concern that the wind might blow the wetsuit off of the rail or off of the hangers. Best way to solve this problem is to secure everything with a few pieces of parachute cord and a simple knot or two. Now I can literally hang my wet stuff over the side of the rail for the best sun and wind exposure so it can dry without worrying if my stuff will be blown off.
If anyone decides to bring the cord, we'll help you learn some knots. :-)

The boat will also supply clips for the same results as the line trick Susan has!
And please see the TRIP PM for a full update on our trip. So far its a GO!!! They are diving this week for the first time after Irma. Sadly it seems that Maria has T&C in its sights as well.
