Will the first discount be extended since it is Oct 15, 2018?

 

This is what I see for optional add-ons by looking at the HIKA link.  I calculated the cash price so check that and set up the email link specific to each type of room on the Extra nights:

Kamala will have to verify the actual extra night costs... But they seem to make sense unless the hotel only gives a deal for a weekly rate...

 

There is a small typo on the nitrox packages - they both say "week" even though I think the second one was supposed to be for the day.

 

I recommend extending all of the EBDs by 30 days - 15 November, 15 December and 15 January.  We had a 60 day gap between 2 of them anyway because we didn't have one expire 15 Dec.  Kamala, please let me know what you would like me to put in Hika.

 

 

 

No deal on daily rates. They are brutally high. I will verify and try to get confirmed tonight or tomorrow. LET"S PROCEED WITH OUT THEM IF NECESSARY so we can get this trip open.

Just saw the new graphic in the Trips box, added it to the thread and updated the NON-diver Double Occupancy and NON-diver single occupancy were switch so making sure this is correct:

WOW you guys are dialing this all in. The links all worked AND the link to the trip booking was live so all I had to do was approve the topics which I have now done!!! The trip info was nearly perfect...the only tweak I made was to add me to the who's going number summary at the top and take my spot out of the d/o inventory.

 

GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!

 

The housing and diving info looks great!

 

After we get a the rest of 2019 trips open...only a few more on the books and possibly 1 more new one to be added...we can start streamlining the trip booking process further and/or the template so its the same for every trip. I think Butch may be working on this and we may get another volunteer to help as well. Thanks a million everyone.... you ALL rock!!!  Kamala
