OK. I knew I was going to have to break 100 at some point.

Stone cold traditionalist when it comes to Christmas music- Vienna Boys Choir, Pavaratti, Joan Sutherland, Mahalia Jackson, & the like.

ME TOO. Try anything recorded by the Cambridge Singers. Arrangements by John Rutter are destined to be classics. This is the ultra-traditional stuff. Otherwise, I go for Chicago's Christmas CD, there are several jazz artists who have put out very nice albums. Canadian Brass has some fantastic stuff out. On the other hand, Kenny G makes me want to choke on my eggnog. Try Jim Brickman's Christmas CD if you want to warm things up a bit...

Are you trying to warm things up over there in PA?

Actually, it's been unusually warm here. I hear it's a bit chilly in Chicago, however. You might want to try that CD sometime soon???...

Try some Dave Koz!! He's way better than Kenny G ever thought of being

He does have style!! He's just a much better musician all around...I wish I could play like he does...Sadly, I play more like Kenny G!!

David Sanborn is great, too

Capt that was funny!! :wakawaka:

Ok I will say one of my favorites is a CD I picked up called 50's christmas.. it's all instrumental with a 50's beat.. really fun to listen to. Another favorite is two tapes that I ordered from TV years ago which has a lot of the old classics such as:

Blue Christmas - Glen Campbell
Holly Jolly Christmas - Burl Ives
Jingle Bell Rock - Bobby Helms
and of course we can't forget

Rudolph by Gene Autry... :wakawaka:
