Actually, I agree with the "all options" idea. I think we want to mix it up - not make it the same everytime. Therefore, some bars, some rooms and some same place. That way people can attend those venues that they prefer (or not) or attend all with some variety.

Da Wench throws a great Happy Hour...so you all are in good hands.

Have a great trip. I wish I was going to be able to join you on this one.

1. Every person should bring something that THEY like to drink...wine, hard alcohol, either from home or buy it at the Duty Free store in San Juan or other connecting city.

Now you've got me nervous, are there no liquor stores in town? I can't fly with that much rum. Heck, I don't think I'm allowed to fly with that much rum! :teeth:

That's what the duty free store is for...and of course all your friends NOT buying their share of alcohol!!!

I like option 2.

:lmao:

It wasn't an option but then I think you know that!!! :teeth:

No, I don't know that. I see three options listed.

1. One or two group happy hours at the hotel and the rest at local bars
2. Happy Hour before Dinner or after Dinner
3. Happy Hours all in the same location (da wench's room) or one in each room to mix it up

I like number 2.

Ok trying to do my best Walter-ism here....

The 'or' in category number 2 precludes number 2 from being a stand alone option. Had it said 'and' rather than 'or', you could use it as an option or standalone choice. :lmao:

Either before or after where we have dinner is the best option. Easy, no fuss, no shopping.

Leave it to Walter to see an option in my choices! :teeth:

Ok so make this an option as well. One caveat here....it will be significantly cheaper for us to do our own Happy Hours...alcohol can be a bit pricey on the island.

We shouldn't be drinking much anyway. We're diving. One or two beers should be plenty.

How much rum do you need for a week??

I was exaggerating a bit - 2 or 3 bottles should do me, but I like to have a little extra to share with my friends
