Since you don't have any of the S/O options priced, I created the SKU, but did not "publish it" so no one will try to book.  If you should have someone want S/O the SKUs are created (both front and backend) but the pricing will need to be updated and then published.

Thank you. Usually on this one we never know if a single room will be available or not so they sign up for d/o and then pay the difference via OTP.  Ideally I know up front but it never works out that way. IF we get some rooms at another hotel then this is actually perfect. I'm trying to see if there are other rooms I can get.

There was a problem with the #1 post so it was split into two.  Editing below the "Experience Required & Training/Workshops:" caused it to not save (the green dots would appear then disappear with no change) and eventually show a database error.

Ok just found out that the diving only pkg which is for NORM only needs to be hidden until he can book it. He is not ready. Tks for showing it as not avail for now.

I sent him an email and he signed up so we do not have to remove the spot. HOWEVER it shows up under his wife's name of Carrie Galligher so please note its Norm aka Photographic Mercenary

TC & TRIP BUILDOUT NOTES:

 

• 18 spots on the boat (no covid restrictions)
• I limited the spots to 16 and I will cut them back to make it look like less available. (People do not sign up when there appears to be lots of openings)
• I can drop spots up till 60 days out so May 20 or 21 for a small fee. After that is 100% cancellation fee.

ORDER ADMIN ACTION ITEMS:

 

• Pam/Butch we have confirmed 18 total spots vs 16 like I originally thought. aka NO covid reductions this year
• Pam/Butch we have 4 sign ups and show 12 spots in inv. IF WE CREATE A GUARANTEED SPOT LIST and pull 4 spots then we will only show 8 shots in inv for now but knowing its actually more spots.
• Some of those are GUARANTEED SAVED SPOTS so we need to pull back spots as follows:

1. Brad
2. Ducky
3. Karen Ducky friend #1
4. Sharm Ducky friend #2

 

 

RECRUITING (we are hurting on this trip):

 

• Due to hotel taking FOREVER to confirm pricing for this year...(they had to wait to see what insurance was due to increased covid costs) this trip is behind in getting bookings. WORD OF MOUTH is hopefully working.
• Ducky going and has recruited 2 friends
• Brad going and is looking at people to invite as well.
• Norm is going and trying to recruit his niece to go
• I called Pup and he is going to promote the trip and send me the wreckwench song so I can use that to promote as well
• Ed has tried to recruit some people but they can't go.
• Maddie is trying to recruit but she was not successful last year so not expecting much
• Force E was interested but no takers yet. I've sent emails but no replies back yet
