We need a coupon for Paula Scubachick84 so she can sign up again for the trip. She was a single occupancy valued at $2510 full value. She paid via cash so we should be able to do the coupon as cash for the added balance she needs to add to get onto this trip of $133

• Oceanview Diver S/O = 4 spaces: $2544 full price or $2469 CASH

 Paid $2336 cash. So coupon for $2336 cash so she can pay the $133 cash increase.

Inventory Clean Up:

 

On the shared bed couples spots... the opening inv said 3 spots and should have been 4 spots. Please add one more spot to each week so we have 2 left in inventory week 1 as Scott and Teresa just signed up for 2 of them on the first week and 4 total for week 2.  Thank you!

Do you mean the Diver D/O Shared King Bed Couples, the Non Diver D/O Shared King Bed Couples or both?

 

Edit: based on your comment about Scott and Theresa I'm assuming Diver D/O so added to those on both trips.

My screw up was I copied the Nov/Dec DOM inventory that was tweaked to allow a non diving spouse to room with diving spouse. So I need them to be divers if at all possible so the update should be 4 DIVER shared bed options and 0 Non diver shared bed options each week.

 

I totally forgot that we would be showing the inv for the non diver shared bed on each week so this is what the REVISED INV SHOULD LOOK LIKE with booking and open spots FOR EACH WEEK

 

Each week will START with 11  12 rooms as follows:

 

Oceanview Diver D/O = 8 spaces  = 4 rooms 

Oceanview Diver "Shared King Bed Couples" D/O = 4 spaces  = 2 rooms

Oceanview Diver S/O = 4 spaces = 4 rooms

Oceanview NON-Diver "Shared King Bed Couples" D/O = 0 spaces = 0 room  (email trips@singledivers.com about this option)

Oceanview NON-Diver S/O = 1 space = 1 room

 

Total = 11 12 rooms

OK I have adjusted the inventory to match above although it looks like you are basing it on 12 rooms not 11 (D/O Diver 12 spots = 6 rooms, D/O Diver king bed 4 spots = 2 rooms, Diver S/O 3 rooms and Non Diver S/O 1 room = 12).

Butch since you plan to join this trip I will show you as a staff spot but I need to know if you want us to remove the inventory for you as d/o each week and show you as going NOW (I like this idea) or wait til you move the funds around etc?
