I have confirmed that we can get an unlimited number of cf100 or 15L as they call them tanks. So I'm sorry for the false alarm... they were restricted when I first spoke to them but now they are not.. We just have to report how many we need 3 week s prior and they will have all we need.

Ok things are still going gang busters.
Barb who is waiting for my coupon amount to factor out the tours and some of the air from our consolidator has agreed to do the SINGLE OCCUPANCY oceanview room so that Holly Green aka RideNDive can have her lower deck deluxe d/o.
So I need you to remove the s/o spot as Barb can't book until I get the pricing from the consolidator. If this does not happen today then I will resolve when I have access again after the boat part of Galapagos.
Also I am in discussions for the last oceanview room that we are showing in inventory to be filled one of two ways so will have you remove it as well. (I would not if I were not going off grid)
NOTE I will show Barb as signed up .... so as to not generate tons of questions as to where the spot went too. THEY ARE BOTH GOOD FOR THE MONEY and their commitment is solid.
Holly will not show until we put the HIDDEN D/O room in inventory which will be when I get access again because she is asking a friend about taking the last 2 d/o shared bed oceanview AND I have a back up if that does not pan out so her name will not show up yet until she finds out which spot she is taking. BUT SHE IS TAKING ONE OF THEM.
I will show 2 others as having taken the last d/o's oceanview as I finalize the details and the group leader from Force E (well formerly) has his room hidden so we are technically sold out or will only have 1 spot when I return and figure the gender spot out based upon what Holly does.
So now the revised inventory will look like this:

WHERE WE STAND & WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE BACKGROUND:
Please forgive me for not sharing all the back ground like I try to do. It just got away from me. I started this trip with one of the Force E reps going 100% on their experiences with this German boat wanting to break into the US market. This was a way to help Force E , as well as expand our supplier base since I had issues with the Red Sea boat that I used last June and it had a great price point so I wanted to offer a better deal for our members as well. The rep Eric aka Hollywood has returned to 100% contractor status and is no longer with Force E because he and his wife are moving as we speak to NC from FL. He was integral to this trip since the owner was going to be on the boat because HE was on the boat. That being said the configuration of the boat is NOT perfectly suited for our members ie the shared bed cabins. They are fixing those in the remodel but can't be assured they are fixed so I have to sell as 'worst case ie. shared bed'. I was not worried about these beds because Eric/Force E were going to sell them as part of their participation in this trip. In fact they were going to sell half the boat and we were going to do half the boat but we sold all our spots and now all the d/o spots in cabins with 2 beds as well as the s/o in a cabin with 2 beds. In other words I sold a number of Force E's spots before they could sell any. Patricia and her son have always been part of the trip as we hatched the idea last Aug in Bonaire. So it appears she was given special treatment over our members but she only started the sign up process after we went public and after I had sold out the 2bed d/o's on the boat...or had basically sold them out.
So when Eric officially left Force E 2 weeks ago to move to NC over Easter we decided that since he was the moving force and not the shop that I would continue to work with him on this trip vs the shop since all the people going from the shop were really Eric's clients. The question of anyone who had been part of the Force E VIP program came up notably Patricia Castro who is a part of the program and went to Bonaire with Eric last Aug. As it turns out she was his client from before the shop so she said she was following him wherever he went including this trip and paying us directly for her membership because she is following Eric and not Force E. I just had a meeting with Force E via zoom yesterday from Quito and discussed this to ensure no issues. Our rule is is they pay us directly (even if they had been part of the VIP before) then they are ours and if they go thru them for the membership then they are theirs. This also keeps members who are clients of each from going to Force E for the free membership. SO that being said...
There are still 2 cabins NOT SHOWING IN INVENTORY....one is for Eric and his Wife and because they are moving this weekend I held them back until I get back and they get settled. Its a shared bed so not one we can really sell.
We also held (1) deluxe cabin so that Barb could get signed up AND I would have a 'gender' spot so we could sell out all inv in the system and then offer up the last spot correctly gender wise.
These 2 cabins are OVER and above the one listed in the inv to begin with. So we officially have:
6 deluxe cabins for 12 spots. (1 room is held and 5 have been sold out completely)
1 s/o lower deck which has been SOLD
4 cabins upper deck which I put 2 for sale as d/o and 1 for sale as s/o and (1) I held back for Eric and his wife.
Eric is doing some damage control on his part with his clients that we scooped room wise. Patricia is an example. She would have booked lower but since its her son she changed to upper which I needed his help with anyway. He has a couple that he is working with as well for the remaining 2 spots. So that leaves the single occupancy. We can either wait to see if it sells...or offer it as 2 shared bed spots. If I could find someone to share the upper cabin with I would be willing to give up my d/o 2 bed cabin and put those in inventory since they are easier for us to sell.
So I hope this now helps the chaos make more sense. Yes I was anxious and worried that I had waited too long to open the trip and lost everyone on it...or most of the people. And we have lost some due to that and not getting approval to travel to the Red Sea due to security clearances etc. But when we were still selling the boat as we had hoped I spoke ot Eric and he said...go for it...sell all you can and we'll adjust later since he lost some of his people because we took so long to open it up. So the old bird in hand is worth two in the bush is at play here.
That being said we still have to sell the shared bed options as either d/o or s/o and we will give it over the holidays to see what happens. I can upgrade and open my my spot if that helps as well so we have options. Much better options than we had a few short days ago.

CLEAN UP TIME:
Its time to clean up the extra spots we hid for Holly and BF and/or for the gender spot on the trip. Technically I have 3 people interested in spots of which we have 2 firm and an upper cabin I was holding for Holly & BF. BF's son is getting married in Singapore so can't go otherwise he would have.
So I'm going to clean up the rooming 1 by one until we finish out the spots.
#1. I just sent Butch an email to open up a spot for Denise Brown (not sure the screen name but it was paid for via paypal so already updated)
Butch please add (1) d/o lower level red sea spot for Denise. She has upgraded her membership and is ready to book when you reply that the spot is in inventory. Thank you!

This makes for a slightly awkward situation as her friend Amy aka Lildiver has registered and I presume after work today she will subscribe and move to book her spot.
The thing is to manage this without risk we should obviously hold the second D/O Diver spot out of inventory until she is ready to book. As a new member it seems reasonable to expect she will need to be coached through the process with coordination of the spot in inventory.
I will proceed to reach out to her via email to coordinate her preparation and will keep Kamala and Butch in the loop via BCC inclusion.
P.S. I will also hold off adding Deneice aka Neicydiver as a D/O Diving in the #4 Topic until her friend books so the new Forums Inventory works out.

MORE CLEANING UP:

THIS LEAVES ONLY ERIC AND HIS WIFE THE CO-TRIP SPONSOR TO SIGN UP IN THE REMAINING SHARED BED ROOM.
HOW I AM PROCEEDING...(yes it will look mucked up but I own 100% responsibility for it):
We are substituting "Joe and Ann" for Butch and Kamala (but will list as lower level cabin spots so I can make the rooming work since no one wants the shared cabins...even Eric can't get more people into the shared cabins. )
We are adding Holly and Deniece and her friend for the last lower level spots so the rooming works. (I verified it ...see below for rough draft of rooming)
We are adding Maurice Rivard for the last male spot in the lower cabins. (See below for rough draft of rooming)
Rooming Draft:
NOTE I have one more studio oceanview cabin for the co trip leader who helped set this up and his wife. He is going to be booking soon and the Joe & Ann spots were for Holly and BF. I can make this a single room and seeing if one of the 2 people who inquired want it as a single room. I also have 1 couple inquiring so working with them as well. The couple did not pan out. Butch has agreed to do the upper room but I'm going to show us as lower level to keep things simpler and reduce the upper cabins by one. If for any reason the co trip leader does not sign up I have someone willing to do their room as a single like Barb. With Maurice wanting a spot...Holly already committed and the new gal signing up and wanting her friend...we can close this out for good this time.

Thank you Butch. Holly just booked it. So that leaves the need for another spot for Maurice but we need to wait until he gets his membership updated and /or the Amy girl gets her's updated. Then we will add the spots as they are ready to book to avoid any accidental bookings.

Perfect. Deniece was able to book on her own so will help her friend so we should be ok. As soon as she is upgraded membership wise we can add the spot.
