Adding Jason aka Jelly Magnet for possible s/o.

NOTE:  JUST SO YOU KNOW...the s/o price for either year is 2x the d/o price less $100. So basically you are paying for 2 spots less $100 bucks. Not sure anyone's blood is rich enough for that. Not like our Red Sea trip where the s/o was reasonable.

WELL DANG...EVEN WORSE... HERE IS THE POST WHERE I SAID I added you...but left you off the list. So you are OFFICIALLY between Tricia and Maryann.

Please forgive me...

All good! Thank you so much.....you're awesome!! :2cool:

I'm interested in joining either the 2024 or 2025 trip to Tubataha. Wherever there is an opening.

Joe we will put your name on the 2024 Wait List and the 2025 Notify List for when that trip opens for booking. :diver:

I don't know the difference between upper & lower bunk. other than the ability to get up to the bunk, why does it matter ? in either case I would be open to either type. If any other info is needed, just ask

Joe some of our members have a strong preference for avoiding the climb occasionally associated with upper bunks; we are glad to see you are flexible in this regard. We will put you down for either bunk ("E").

As for the other info all we now need is to know if you are willing to expand the usual recommended two night prior to trip start arrival into a five (or seven) night pre dive trip of sorts at a local resort often booked by the club, Puerta Galera (PG) and, given the distance and hassle to reach this remote corner of the globe, add a five (or seven) night post trip dive trip as well at Dumaguette. The shorthand in the top post makes more sense with this all in mind. The most flexible and helpful response has been:
PG first then Liveaboard then Dumaguette after for 7 days each (but will follow what the majority wants to keep transfers low)
But of course the decision is up to you. Others include:
5 days before and 5 days after (with PG at the front and Dumaguette following)
Looking to do the min # days in PG and have someone to share the transfers with.
PG 5 days first then Liveaboard (so no Dumaguette following)

I really don't know anything about either the resort or the diving in Puerta Galera or Daumagette. I'm open to a stay at either or both depending on what The resorts or diving are likely to offer. Are they both easy to get back to Manila for a flight back to the states

After doing some online searching I asm interested in the pre boat Puerta Galera stay. I'm flexible to how many days to stay with the goal of avoiding a very high transfer fee ( I would rathe spend the money at the resort than on a private transfer. Any bunk will do.

I'm happy to take an upper bunk. I'm not sure exactly what the mandatory land time is for (I'll read up on it later) but I think before the trip is better.
