Hey here is some important stuff you need to know about all SingleDivers.com trips!

GUARANTEED SHARED OCCUPANCY ON SINGLEDIVERS.COM GROUP TRIPS TO AVOID SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS:

One of SingleDivers.com primary objectives is to eliminate expensive single supplements for our divers. SingleDivers.com will not only guarantee a roommate on a group trip but SingleDivers.com will guarantee a same sex roommate for any group trip that you sign up for at least 45 days in advance of departure for the primary days of the main trip package. For example, if we are running a trip from the 9-16th of the month but allow add-on packages for days prior and day after, SingleDivers.com will guarantee the primary dates of the 9th to 16th that you will not be charged a single supplement and you will be roomed with a same sex roommate. If various other arrival and departure dates are allowed on a trip then it is likely that you'll have a suitable roommate since others will be taking advantage of the additional package offerings as well. However we can not guarantee you a roommate for any optional days. Please use the trip thread to help you find those people and SD will help you with the roomming assignments for all days of the trip as part of our service to you or you can do it yourself. Please note that SingleDivers.com can not guarantee any specific class of service on a trip but we will guarantee a same sex roommate if you sign up at least 45 days in advance.

ROOMING ASSIGNMENTS AND HOW THEY WORK:

SingleDivers.com requests that you fill out a fairly extensive rooming survey (you'll find it and our trip waiver in the subforum called Trip Forms & Docs using the link in my signature below) that helps us to match you with other single or married but buddyless divers. We compare sleeping habits, temperature preferences, personality styles and even early bird and night owl preferences when we do roommate assignments. And as always we work very hard to place you with another compatible roommate(s). We usually do a great job and many people request to be roommates again on future trips. If we don't quite make the right selection then talk to the trip leader and she/he will either swap roommates with you or work to make the selection better. Since the participants in a trip will often change up to the last minute, we do not publish the rooming assignments online. They are however available at the resort/boat when you arrive.

THE "EX" RULE:

While we are not a dating site...our hookups are to tanks...sometimes chemistry happens and relationships happen. Sometimes they last and sometimes they dissipate and sometimes they blow up. If you part on good terms then this rule does not apply. In the case of the latter or if you happen to find SD and you currently have an 'ex' and do not care to travel with them, SingleDivers.com honors a "first signed up is the only member allowed on that trip" rule. Here's how it works... be the first to sign up for and pay the deposit on one of our trips and your ex (we need to know who they are in advance) needs to book another trip. Conversly if you try to sign up for a trip your ex is on and your parting was not friendly (and you have advised us in advance) then you will be asked to find another trip to travel on that your ex has not signed up for and paid her/his deposit. And while this does not happen that frequently...it does come into play. We ask that you refrain from even showing interest in a trip your ex is on but we also know that plans change so we ONLY ENFORCE TRIP SIGN UPS and not the trip 'interested' lists. And no this isn't a chance for you to book directly with the resort/locale to be at the same place as your ex but not technically via SingleDivers.com. (Should this happen you will not be able to dive with our group and if necessary further action may be taken regarding your membership on the site.) Please ask us for more information if you think this rule will be helpful to your situation. And please make sure we know in advance if you plan to apply this rule to your personal situation when attending our trips via kamala@singledivers.com

PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. Effective March 30, 2004 SingleDivers.com is a members only club and requires all trip goers to have active and upgraded memberships.
  2. Effective August 1, 2005 our new legal name is SingleDivers.com LLC
  3. Effective August 15, 2005 all checks will be deposited electronically and/or redeposited electronically if necessary. This will accelerate the clearance time of your funds enabling quicker crediting to your account.
  4. As of August 15, 2005: Returned checks are subject to a service fee, as permitted by law. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges. For more information, call Collect More Checks 877-521-3513
  5. As of Jan 1, 2009 all check payments will be processed via a one time ACH draft to your account. This will be accomplished via our online secure payment gateway.
  6. Please note that you can make Visa or MasterCard payments to SingleDivers.com via our secure online payment gateway and booking system. Our system will automatically add a 3% non-cash convenience fee for these types of payments as our prices represent cash discounts already.
  7. Effective immediately our pricing will now be our credit price and we will offer an approximate 3% cash discount given when you use your checking account to pay for your merchandise. Simply choose the "echeck" option and enter your checking account info just as you would your credit card.This will then entitle you to the CASH DISCOUNT.
  8. Trip cancellations must be filed upon your trip insurance. We offer some options for cancellations if your trip is either paid in full or you are fully current in your payments due. All trips are payable in full 90-120 days out. If you reach out to info@singlediveres.com to let us know your situation we may be able to help you. All members we help must follow a number of rules depending on when you cancel, filing on your trip insurance for re-imbursement, be paid in full or current etc.  SingleDivers.com has ways to help you resell your spot using our forums, email, social media, newsletters etc which you do not have access too which may be available to help you depending on your cancellation needs. All cancellations entail a $350-500 cancellation fee for restocking, accounting, internal and/or marketing support. Any trip cancelled within the timelines listed BELOW will forfeit their deposit and other monies paid based on the schedule below. SD.com will consider all spots returned to SD.com as soon as you cancel. We can proceed to sell the spot using your deposit to offset our risks if not paid in full.  Please see below for full details.

Important Notes:

a. We've gone automated... our trip documents are now online via your 'MY TRIPS'. If you can not upload your flight details or a vendor's forms... please email to trips@singledivers.com. This allows you to save a tree and all your ONLINE forms are 3/4's filled out the next time you travel with us! Plus our trip coordinators can capture the info we need off of it more readily.
b. MEDICAL HISTORY SEALED ENVELOPE& INSURANCE SUMMARY FORM...please bring these with you on your trip and hand to us. Please do not risk mailing them to us. Note: On the medical waiver it asks that you bring a sealed envelope with your medical history, meds and info for a doctor in the event you can not speak for yourself. This will not be opened unless of emergency and will be returned to you when you leave the trip. It is a good idea to put a copy of your passport in this envelope as well. Please put your real name and screen name on the outside in a SELF ADDRESSED & STAMPED ENVELOPE SO WE CAN RETURN IN THE EVENT WE ARE NOT REMINDED TO RETURN THEM TO YOU!

1. All prices shown offer a discount for cash. Our shopping cart allows you to choose credit or echeck. Echeck is the same as 'cash' and will give you an approx 3% discount off the price of the trip or add on.

3. Trip Payments are made directly via our fully encrypted online booking system aka 'shopping cart'. You can pay via credit card (MC & VISA) or receive an approximate 3% discount for cash if you use an echeck payment option whereby you enter your checking account info just as you do your credit card and we do a one time ACH payment to your account. All information is deleted by the processor and is NOT retained in our systems. You will need to do this every time you pay for something whether it is the trip, progress payments or add on's.

NOTE: Prices on the site assume you will pay via credit card so include a 3% non-cash convenience/processing fee for any payment not made by cash, money order or check. You can receive an approx 3^ discount off the trip by paying via echeck and effectively doing a one time ach payment from your checking account. This is ALL managed in our booking system and does not entail you or your bank mailing us a check.

PREMIER & ABOVE MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:

  • SingleDivers.com is a private club, with private rules that govern the members, and fees applicable to upgraded memberships dues.
  • All trip goers must be an upgraded member to participate. Dues can be paid via our legacy payment portal or via paypal.
  • Paypal offers an automatic upgrade feature and the chance to auto renew annually if you toggle the auto payment feature. You will know you have set up auto renewal because they send you an email telling you that it is setup and giving you a link to cancel it if or when you no longer want your dues to auto renew. You can also log into Paypal and change your preferences at anytime you wish. Paypal also sends you an email confirming any and all membership renewals. 
  • Please note that SD's legacy payment portal doe not upgrade your membership automatically nor does it auto renew your membership dues. It does however send you an email confirmation confirming your PAYMENT of your dues as well as an order confirmation of your renewal.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

  • The easiest way to cancel is to just let them lapse. Nothing further needs to be done UNLESS you set up auto renew via Paypal. (You can check your paypal account to determine if you have auto renew turned on or you can search your inbox for an email from Paypal as they always send you to let you know that you set them up and let you know how to cancel them should you wish to do so.
  • The SingleDivers.com payment portal will NOT auto renew your dues as it does not have that capability. You may however receive a courtesy notice telling you that your subscription will 'renew' but that is a feature of the membership system and not the payment system. When in doubt you can send an email to accounting@siongledivers.com to clarify any questions. But the rule is... if you paid via SD's payment portal it can NOT auto renew. If you paid via Paypal you MAY auto renew depending on whether you set up the auto renew option.
  • NOTE: We are a all volunteer run dive club who passes all savings onto our members so to keep our expenses down we request that you work with us to resolve any questions or concerns. If you erroneously file a claim against us for fraudulent transactions or unauthorized charges and we show that the funds were not removed fraudulently and/or without being authorized.we will deduct all legal/administrative fees from any monies due you and reserve the right to proceed against you for the remainder.

PREMIER & ABOVE MEMBER DISCOUNT REBATE FORMS:

Membership has rewards and SingleDivers.com premier members and above receive $25 off every group trip that they complete with SD including private travel we arrange over $500 regardless of how many times you travel with us. To receive your $25 discount, print out the Membership Discount Rebate Form in the next post, complete it and return via mail after the trip but no later than 30 days. Your $25 mail in rebate will be processed and sent to you. (If you send it in before the trip we will not be able to process it.)   NOTE: Many of you have been opting to not file your rebate form and instead giving it back to the club to keep doing what it does. While not expected nor required...we are extremely appreciative that many of our members choose to do this. :thankyou:

TRIP INSURANCE VS GAMBLING LOSSES????:

Hey folks if you are gamblers and opt to NOT take out trip insurance during hurricane season or figure nothing will ever happen to you then that is great! However please understand that the resort/dive operator nor SingleDivers.com can help you out with your gambling losses should your bet not pan out.

SD.com accepts a huge amount of liability to fill ALL the trips we run OR EAT THE SPOTS. bigscream.gif I can assure you that I have paid plenty of gambling losses this year. But I won't gamble with my life (I have both DAN and DIVE ASSURE for Dive Insurance) and I won't gamble with my trips...(I have the annual policy by DIVE ASSURE which covers ALL MY DIVE TRIPS!)

So the choice is yours....bet on no hurricanes, no seas/weather, no accidents, no illness, no deaths in the family, no job loss, no airline issues, no immediate death/injury to yourself* ...and laugh in the end when your bet pays off. But when it does not...PLEASE praying.gif PLEASE praying.gif PLEASE do not expect the resort nor dive operator nor SingleDivers.com to refund your money because your bet did not pan out. None of us could have prevented your loss so we can not help you mitigate it either.  :(

NOTE: One of the reason's we have you finalize your extras and pay for everything by 30-60 days out is so you have more flexibiity getting trip insurance. Please take a moment TODAY to do this important task if traveling with us on a trip. teeth.gif

*If you think it can't happen to you please think again... every trip has 1+ people needing to file claims and if the destination is hard to get too.. its more. So remember you need to be covered from the moment you registered for the trip until you finish your travels back home.

TRIP INSURANCE... if you have not purchased it then do so ASAP. Weather can strike at any time...not just hurricane season. So if a storm develops you will bear all costs associated with it up to and including cancellation, out of your own pocket. The resort can offer no recourse and neither can SingleDivers.com. If you get injured or have a family member death/accident or even lose your job...the resort can offer no recourse and neither can SingleDivers.com. If you have an old health condition that flares up and it impacts your trip then once again the resort and SingleDivers.com can offer no recourse. It is your responsibility to decide if you will gamble your trip or protect your trip. And while we would love to help you when opt to gamble...it just is no longer possible to do so with the magnitude of issues people have faced this year and then begged SD to help them anyway. PLEASE DO NOT GAMBLE YOUR VACATION unless you have the money to blow. If you are doing one trip this year then use CSA...if you are doing multiple trips this year then consider DiveAssure since they are an annual policy. If you ignore this warning then please understand there is nothing I can do to help you should your gamble not pay off. biggrin.gif

Trip insurance is REQUIRED to protect you from lost luggage, travel delays, vacations interruptions, flight cancellations, illness/accidents prior to the trip, deaths in family causing trip cancellation etc. For about $45 per $1000...it is very reasonable. On all SingleDivers.com trips you will be asked if you are getting it, not getting it or already have it.

I've researched several companies and although DAN does offer optional trip insurance, I have found several excellent alternative providers. You can get an online quote from them and/or purchase directly from these link(s).

TRIP CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If your plans change or a trip is cancelled/interrupted due to weather or other emergency, your right to a refund is limited due to the various carriers, resorts and operators policies used by SingleDivers.com. Therefore we strongly urge you to get trip insurance and supply you with the best companies that we use frequently at the end of every trip description. All refund requests must be in writing and the day it is received by SingleDivers.com is the date of your request. Refunds from SingleDivers.com will be issued as payments back to your original payment method usually within 45 days from written receipt of your refund request if approved or after your replacement has paid in full. Some refunds are issued as trip/merchandise credits. See below for exceptions. Refunds from suppliers will usually be issued within 45 days of receipt from them to SingleDivers.com and may be a credit to that vendor or cash. (SingleDivers.com has no control over this but will issue you the credit/refund as we receive it.) All cash refunds where applicable will be issued back against your original form of payment either your credit card or your bank account. Please download the refund request form found in the trip docs forum located in my signature, complete and return to kamala@singledivers.com, or via fax 888-480-0906 or via mail. If the form is not available ask for the password via trips@singledivers.com to the trip docs forum.. Note: If you feel you are due a refund of any type you must submit your written request no later than 30 days after the trip/event to secure your money. Requests received more than 30 days after the trip or event in question can not be honored.  Any trip cancelled within the timelines listed BELOW will forfeit their deposit and other monies paid based on the schedule below. SD.com will consider all spots returned to SD.com as soon as you cancel. We can proceed to sell the spot using your deposit to offset our risks if not paid in full.  Please see below for full details.

All group trip deposits are non-refundable. Should extenuating circumstances prevail, please contact us privately at kamala@singledivers.com and we will try to work with you. However, the following circumstances may prevent the loss of your deposit if not otherwise excluded by the specific trip you are canceling, the trip does fills up and we can resell your spot on your behalf (note that your non-refundable deposit will be used to entice someone to take your spot at the last minute) or is otherwise covered by trip insurance. Trip insurance is your responsibility and is REQUIRED for every trip but especially for high priced trips, trips during hurricane season and all holiday trips. Note: SingleDivers.com will not refund any monies that are covered by trip insurance. Trip Insurance is necessary to protect your travel investment.

241 days out incur no deposit forfeiture if the trip is not a holiday trip nor previously excluded in the trip details nor priced over $3000 (otherwise its 272 days if a holiday trip or priced over $3000) and you apply your deposit to another trip no later than 8 months after the original trip travel dates and the specific trip you are canceling does not have a non-refundable deposit specifically specified in the trip details. In this case you will need to file against your trip insurance. A $350 typical administrative fee will be deducted for facilitating this change in lieu of forfeiting the deposit. (However some resorts/suppliers require a higher change fee which will apply if mandated by our suppliers.) NOTE: You may not carry a canceled trip deposit over for more than 12 months total. If you cancel the rescheduled trip you will not be entitled to any refund or reapplication of your deposit.

91-241 days out Trip deposit is forfeited for all non-holiday trips if not specifically listed as non refundable in the trip details. Holiday trips forfeit deposit between 241-272 days. IF trip is over $3000 then 50% of the trip is also due unless you file on your trip insurance or find your own replacement (Consideration may be made due to extenuating circumstances and the number of people on the trip. Please contact us.)

61-90 days out Forfeit your trip deposit plus 75% of trip price for non holiday trips or if between 91-211 days for holiday trips or trips over $3000. (You can avoid any additional penalties beyond your deposit IF the trip is full and the next person on the waiting list takes the spot and pays in full or you file on your trip insurance or you resell your own spot to non SD members(this MUST be coordinated via SD to be accepted, if not your monies are forfeited) or you find your own substitute who has not expressed previous interest in the trip and that person pays SingleDivers.com in full. Since final manifests have been submitted to carriers etc. even if you find a substitute you'll still be charged your deposit amount as your cancellation/change fee.) If you purchased trip insurance you can file against your insurance for the loss of your funds. SingleDivers.com will help you with any necessary documentation just let us know what you need.

0-60 days out Forfeit your trip deposit and 100% of trip price for a non-holiday trip or 0-90 for a Holiday Trip or for trips over $3000. (You can avoid any additional penalties beyond your deposit IF the trip is full and the next person on the waiting list takes the spot and pays in full (this MUST be coordinated via SD to be accepted, if not your monies are forfeited) or you find your own substitute who has not expressed previous interest in the trip and that person pays SingleDivers.com in full. Since final manifests have been submitted to carriers etc. even if you find a substitute you'll still be charged your deposit amount as your cancellation/change fee.) If you purchased trip insurance you can file against your insurance for the loss of your funds.

 

ALL REFUNDS & CREDITS ARE SUBJECT TO A $350-$500 ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES to include but not limited to:

  • trip cancellation fees and support
  • refund and accounting fees
  • restocking the online inventory to make spot available for sale again
  • trip coordination fees and support
  • IT fees and support
  • marketing and sales fees and support to resell your spot if you ask us to help resell for you

 

RESELLING OF MEMBER SPOTS:

 

SingleDivers.com expects you to have trip insurance to cover your losses in the event you can not go on a trip. If there are extenuating circumstances or you were not able to get trip insurance to cover your loss, we will work earnestly to help resell your spot if you have to cancel assuming you are paid in full or current in your payments at the time of cancellation and remain current in your payments during the sales process. We invite you to help sell your spot as well but you must work with SingleDivers.com to ensure that the person taking your spot joins our club, is the same gender as the cancelled spot (changeable only by SD.com in the case of multiple cancellations).

 

If your cancellation is near the trip date when air has gone up and only people looking for deals are willing to take your spot ...your non refundable deposit will be used to entice people to take your spot assuming you are current in all your payments. If you are not paid in full or current in your payments when you cancel we will not be able to help you sell your spot and no monies will be refundable even if you spot is ultimately sold.  If you wish us to help you sell your spot and minimize your losses if you can not file on trip insurance, you must be paid in full or current in your payments at the time of cancellation or provide us a plan to do so.

 

  • Members who need to cancel their trips and can not file on their trip insurance shall be assisted in a 'first cancelled but paid in full or current with their payments and must remain current until the spot is sold.
  • Any member who is not paid in full for their trip or current in their payments or remains current in their payments , will need to file their losses on trip insurance or sell their own spot. Arrangements must be made for the unpaid balance as cancellation immediately forfeit your deposit and/or all monies paid if you are not current in your payments. If they become current in their payments SingleDivers.com may help them resell their spot if requested in writing after any others spots for SD.com and/or previous member cancellations are filled.
  • Members have the ability to resell their own spots but they MUST work directly with SingleDivers.com to do this, the replacement must be the same gender and the replacement must join our club, pay for the trip via our shopping cart system, do online docs, just as if they signed up directly and the member's payments must be current as of cancellation. The fee for this is $350-$500 to pay for all the internal support if member is paid in full/current but can be higher if member has not paid in full even if current due to increased risks for SD.com.
  • Members have the ability for SingleDivers.com to help sell their spot whereby if accepted...SD.com will use its forums, email, newsletter and social media accounts to advertise your open spot for you which you are not able to do. Once a replacement is found then we will provision internally, and refund your monies within 45 days after the replacement has paid in full for the trip. The fee for this service is $350 unless the trip price is over $3000 and then the fee is $500 to pay for all the internal support if member is paid in full but can be higher if member has not paid in full to include all monies paid due to increased risks for SD.com.

 

ALL INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL RESERVATIONS:

Please understand that while we want to negotiate the best deal possible for our members...we also need to balance our expectations so that our suppliers will remain in business so they will be around when we do get to dive with them. If you must cancel your reservation, make any changes to the departure date, or reduce the number in the party, you will be assessed the aforementioned penalties, plus any additional applicable airlines or supplier charges. Most air carriers consider a name change to be a cancellation; to avoid penalties, full and complete names are required at time of booking. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, on a scheduled air cancellation, you must return your air ticket to SingleDivers.com if booked by SingleDivers.com. Otherwise contact the carrier directly. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure for air-inclusive vacations or less than 48 hours prior to departure for land only vacations even if supplying a substitute passenger. Separate cancellation penalties may apply to holiday or special event departures in addition to nonrefundable deposits. Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price.

ALL PUBLISHED SCHEDULED AIR TICKETS ARE 100% NONREFUNDABLE. HOWEVER, REUSABLE TICKETS MAY BE APPLIED TOWARDS FUTURE TRAVEL, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE AIRLINE RETICKETING FEE AND APPLICABLE TOUR VACATIONS REVISION FEE OF $200+. For charter passengers who wish to cancel within the penalty periods and can provide another paying passenger for the same vacation, you may be entitled to a full refund, less a $250+ reservation revision fee and any applicable supplier and reticketing fees. For Bulk and Scheduled Air passengers who wish to cancel within the penalty periods, substitutions are not allowed and your right to a refund will be limited. Tour Vacations and hotel suppliers must be informed of the names of replacement passengers prior to departure but reserves the right to deny any revision or replacement. You must confirm your right to all refunds by sending a written request to Kamala@SingleDivers.com at the time of telephone cancellation or revision. No refunds will be made for missed or unused flights or most trip features including Diving.

Trip insurance is strongly recommended to protect you on a trip including the ability to cancel your trip. We suggest you get it for every trip but especially for hurricane season and holiday trips. PREMIER & ABOVE MEMBER MAIL IN REBATE FORMS:

Membership has rewards and SingleDivers.com premier members and above receive $25 off every group trip that they complete with SD including private travel we arrange over $500 regardless of how many times you travel with us. To recieve your $25 rebate you will be emailed the password to our Trip Document section either via request or when we request trip waivers, forms etc, located here then download the Rebate Form, complete it and return via mail within 30 days after the trip. Your $25 mail in rebate will be processed and sent to you shortly. Please note that we can not process your rebate until after the trip. Therefore any rec'd prior to the trip will not be honored. Please resend them again no later than 30 days after the trip.

REFUND REQUEST FORMS:

From time to time your travel plans will get interrupted or changed. When this happens you may be entitled to a refund. Or bad weather on a trip or part of a trip may cause the trip to be cancelled and you will be entitled to a refund from SingleDivers.com once the supplier has refunded us. To request a refund please use the form found in the Forms & Docs subforum so that we can better facilitate your request. The form bascially consolidates all the info we need to refund your money on one form so that our administrative accounting help can more readily get you your money. You'll find the form located here download the Refund Request Form, follow the directions, complete it and return via mail, fax or email..

Note: This form must be typed in order to ensure accurate and legible information so that your money can be properly refunded. :P

ABOUT ADDING NON-DIVERS AND OTHER DIVERS TO OUR TRIPS:

Our policies are in flux right now as we try to streamline without losing efficiency and/or effectiveness especially in the area of trip participant communications and information flow to/from all the participants. Basically if you can take full responsibility for your travel companion(s) INCLUDING PAYMENT & ALL CORRESPONDENCE & ALL RESPONSIBILITY then you can sign them up as a +1. If you can not guarantee that you can keep them apprised of all trip details, follow all the trip policies and ensure your companion(s) follow them and you are not paying for all trip participants then they will need to register as a member which is only $35 a year of which they get $25 back if they file for it within 30 days after each trip they take with us.

Non-Divers:

In the past we have required everyone to join the site but in the case of non-divers we are trying to be more flexible IF you take responsibility for posting a booking template for your +1, for getting all the docs in on time for BOTH of you and you are PAYING for BOTH of you and you do EVERYTHING sans their documents for your +1 on the trip. We are trying to be more user friendly without sacrificing our ability to communicate and manage information flow to/from our trip participants. Again to make this work we need you to pay for your partner and spell out in as much detail as possible what you are paying for etc so our accountant understands what you are doing.

When you pay please spell out in full detail what you are doing in the comments box to our accountant so I don't have to answer a bunch of questions. Tell her you are paying for yourself and you are paying for a non-diver and spell out your pricing and that for your companion. MORE DETAIL IS BETTER!!! Please give our accountant your companion's name and ALSO post on the site a booking template for the companion just as you did for yourself but use their name aka TRIP MEMBERS SCREEN NAME's +1 as their pseudo screen name. (Example Bill aka WreckWench's +1) ALSO note that per WW it is ok for you to register them on the trip as a +1 SINCE THEY ARE A NON-DIVER.

Divers:

Currently all divers must register as a premier member of the site since they will be buddied up and roomed with another participant on the trip. The only exception to this is dive groups that buy spots in full on the trip and assume all responsibility as stated above for their travelers.
