Hey everyone! The jokes about men or women on the site are all in fun...and on any given day they seem funnier than others. :o I know...its seems I can relate to or I resemble MOST of them! :(

But do keep in mind that it is so easy to get lost in the comiserating with each other that we lose sight of the fact that this is NOT a dating site and many of the gripes we have against the opposite sex DON'T apply here on SD.

For example...pet peeve number one is SO's that don't dive. Well since we are all divers here...these complaints don't apply. However if we get carried away and post as if it is true...we WILL create an enviroment where some of our members may not feel comfortable or aren't having fun anymore.

And usually its not ONE particular thread that causes the problem but a series of them that starts to create a feeling of male or female bashing. Thats when its no fun anymore. So how many is too many? Well that depends on what is happening in your life. If your part of the country has been battered by hurricanes then maybe it only takes 1-2 threads. If life is good and you have had a run of good luck...maybe it take 10 or so before they start to bug you. Its all relative.

So keep it fun...keep it light and keep it limited if necessary. And remember one thing...the whole idea is fun...not just for YOU but for everyone! A little courtesy and thoughtfulness goes a LONG ways....besides...there is the OTHER golden rule we need to follow...

As I am reading this, numbers popped into my head and noticed that there is approximately 1 post for every 15 reads in the section "Topics Related to being Single..." Don't ask my why at 2am I notced that, just something curious and not related at ALL to this topic. Then again, that's how I work, I am still trying to defrag my HD :-P

Need I remind a certian "Wench" of an situation, yes me with out a camera, in a hot tub where she stood up and yelled BBBBEEEEEEERRRRRRRR

Of course there was someone to take care of that particular problem and sure everyone was happy, but what does beer in a hot cause??? If I rememebr it right, the sign used to read "Clothing fiber clog the filter, please don't clog my filter"

I guess the first part about making the "wench" happy really does apply ..... :birthday:

Oh, OK then... I have a lace covered sedan chair with four barrel chested carriers and a tank rack on the back. There is also a fifth guy with an Ostrich feather fan to keep you cool on those hot Texas days. Let me know where to Fed-Ex them... :D

Oh pocahontas, I forgot to mention the extra large cup holder for tropical drinks and the compartment filled with tanning oils of all varieties. Overall, it is suitable for any white sand beach environment. I think I can find a pair of talented muscular hands to slowly apply it as well... :P
