Just got this from my travel charter.

Honduras Entry Requirements are Being Enforced
We have recently had Honduras bound clients denied boarding by both Continental and Taca Airlines.

Honduras requires that U.S. passports be valid for 90 days beyond your intended stay and that you possess documents for return or onward travel. If you are planning a trip to Honduras or the Bay Islands, please check your passport and renew it if necessary.

Travel agents and group leaders with Honduras travel interests should forward this information to clients and travel companions.

This is also the case for Fiji. I'm glad I read that or I would have been in trouble.

...good info, drdiver.........I'm forwarding your advisory to one of my LDS's, as I'm with a group going to Co-Co-View (Roatan, Honduras) this July 16--23.....and want to make sure all the divers in our group have all their travel 'ducks-in-a-row' prior to 'launch'.

It is my understanding that several countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months upon entry so I always keep this as my goal when I am travelling.
