Alright PNW gang. I thought I would make this an official SD Event. :wakawaka:

Saturday June 18th dive and get together.
Haven't picked a location yet, so let me know where you want to dive

My daughter is getting her OW cert and this will be her first dive outside of class :P

So far it looks like the divers will be:
1. Dive_Girl aka Nicolle
2. gis_gal aka Colleen
3. LEE-Ward aka Leigh
4. My daughter aka Beka
5. fin-again aka Ray (he is coming out to dive with us all the way from Texas)

Will try to attendees
5. David Evans aka David
6. Brinybay aka Greg
7. fbp aka Frank

Now we just need to pick a dive spot and get this think moving. Keep in mind that we will have a warm water diver and a new diver with us. Lets find someplace that will be fun for all.

The floor is officially open for suggestions.

I think you post pone this a weekend... Give the water a chance to warm up..that plus I'd love to dive the PNW, but that weekend doesn't work for me and a few others I know...2 or 3 might even want to join ya as well..

OK I jest about the postponement...but I would like to dive the PNW..is there a chance of another PNW event to attend?

No can do mister. We are diving the 18th with or without you. :wakawaka:

Anytime you want to head out here let me know and we will arrange another one of these get togethers.

Next thing looks like it will be in Portland July 30. Keep watching for more details.

Ditto that.... I would be happy to dive whenever and wherever with other people in and visiting the PNW!

I've sent in my money for my membership, but it hasn't gone active yet (guess Kamala is out of town or something...) Once that's done, PM me and I'd be happy to dive with you when you're here.

Nice list, I'm sure we can do better though. Congrats gis_gal on your daughters OW cert... but are you going to make her use the nickname "My Daughter" for long? :respect: I think Seacreast is a good place for all concerned.

:hiya: Yeah, so lightly that if you breath hard it'll dissappear...

Geesh.. STILL Waiting... I could have made one out of Aqua Seal by now.... Justa Josh'n here...

but we all will have to "Cristen" it with a bottle of Champagne, just like a new ship.. since it's take sooooo... long to build.. LOL.. (really having fun with this one - only cause I feel the pain...)
Good luck... and may the Force be with ya... :teeth:

grumble, grumble, grumble

Oh yeah, and we will NOT be wasting good champagne on a wetsuit (if it is the real stuff that is)!

whooo hoooo David is going to join us... and Frank is in... this just keeps getting better and better.

Ok guys now down to serious matters: WHERE SHOULD WE DIVE???

LEE-Ward and I dove 3-Tree Point on Monday and it was great. Anyone want to go there? We saw a young GPO hanging out near a rock. Lots of great fish and sun stars. vis was excellent. no current to speak of.. but then June 18 is a little different for currents.

Come on guys and gals we need to pick a site and get this thing ironed out.

Any ideas on where to go after the dive?
