"food porn"
I thought this would be an interesting topic to research this weekend
Well my first search result on
was very successful, it seems that alot of people consume this food source. the ingredients are plainly listed but there is no mention of its nutritional value as far as vitamins, minerals, carbs ...etc. one study has shown that it brings happiness and joy to those who consume it, yet others claim that it can make you go blind. alot of people have posted on the internet about"food porn"
. one lady states she washes her"food porn"
but never eats it ?? and a man claims to have tried cooking his"food porn"
on a GF grill but claims that he thought it was a good idea at the time but it really Really hurt!. SD.comer you might try your own research on"food porn"
."food porn"
Results may very depending on your geographical location.
and I have not found any infromation that
would be a good subsitute for a SD.coms Dive Trip!"food porn"

Would you gentlemen (and women) care to share your curry recipes? I'm looking for quick fixes for chicken and tofu. Maybe a marinade or a sauce-like thing? But Im a Big Fan of Curry!!! (insert tabasco smiley here)
Yah, Curry... Kewl....
used with Cold Cracked Crab with a Mayo (don't want to hear it) & Curry dip..
I'm also a huge fan of cumin and am always looking for opportunities to use it. Sadly, I'm culinary-challenged, so when left to experiment on my own . . .

First prepare a sauce...
2 Tbsp Butter (not that healthy stuff--butter)
2 Large Onions chopped
1/2 Tbsp ginger (can be powdered or fresh chopped)
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp curry powder ( not so hot or Madras--your choice)
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup chpped cilantro.
First , in a large sauce pan, heat the butter and add onion and cook until brown.
Add ginger, garlic powder and yogurt and mix well.
Cook for 5 mnutes and then add curry, salt and water and bring to quick boil, remove, stir in cilantro and reserve.
Next:
Take 2 lbs of chicken ( preferably a whole chicken cut up, but if you are a health nut then breast cut up.
Melt 3 Tbsp butter in sauce pan, Heat well and add chcien and brownwell.
Add Curry Sauce above and add 1/2 cup of raisins. Cook on low simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice (brown or white, but not Basmati(

Must be all that champagne that gives it the kick!
As for curry recipes, this is one I use frequently. You can add or remove veggies accordingly.
Saute olive oil and Biryani curry paste.
Add diced chicken breast.
Add coconut milk, soya sauce, fresh lemon juice, and zest of lemon.
Add cauliflower. (Cauliflower takes longest to cook.)
Add onion, black olives, red pepper, and baby corn.
Saute until veggies are almost done.
Add Japanese eggplant and cilantro.
Serve over white or brown rice.
A series of 'quick fix' cookbooks that I like is put out by The Australian Women's Weekly; if you can find them, I highly recommend them. Topics include chicken, curries, Lebanese food, soups, desserts, seafood, vegetarian, casseroles, stir-fries, etc. They're small (60 odd pages), inexpensive (approx. $5 CDN), and have great pictures. Great recipes too! I've got other cookbooks -- vegetarian and Mediterranean -- but none compare to these little gems!

Just mayo and curry powder?
Yup, That's all you need.
You can try more, never have though..
It appeals to the KISS theology...
Your's sounds good...
More on the Veggie side of life... healthy etc...
and the coconut milk, sort of a Thai flavor to it???
Love that coconut milk... as in the Thai Soup...
Good one...
So other good books for Chicken (but you can use them for rattle snake and anything else that you like to eat?? - joking as it all tastes like "Chicken")

Plugging it in in the middle of your dive could be a little dicey.I don't know about "food porn", but can you fix holes in a BC bladder with that George Foreman grill?
I fired up ol' George last night. Marinated some chicken in a mixture of Worstershire, A1, olive oil (helps it not stick to the surface), and Montreal steak seasoning. Absolutely outstanding!
