Will be just west of Topeka near Junction City. Looking foreward to the move out there. I am not there yet, getting my H2O fix before heading out there. Looking foreward to meeting some of you out there sometime.

actually, the drysuit isn't a bad thing to have out there.

you will be about 5 hour drive from Bonne Terre mines. 57 degree water

prolly about 3 hours from Joplin, MS and the quarry there. 45 degree water

and there are several other quarries, lakes, rivers and caves in the area, and all with some fairly cold water.
OK, lets make a deal. If you stop telling me how to dive, I'll stop going down to the bus station at 2am to slap d***s out of your mouth.

Sounds like Ft. Riley. 24th ID or Big Red One? You might be plesantly suprised. KC would be on my short list of places I'd like to live if money wasn't an issue.

There's a rib joint down there, I can't remember the name off-hand, but I'm sure somebody will take you there. Trust me, after that, you'll never look at BBQ the same :teeth:

I really need to plan a trip out west :cool1:

-Warthog, Nebraska native.

I will be with the 25th Light Infantry Brigade.
