Not sure what you want to do. Are you renting tanks or bringing your own? And are you driving or flying?

Nitrox: Nitrox Fills for drive in divers are 30% mix. 100's $14; 80's $12 Nitrox: - PER TANK
Nitrox Rentals for drive in divers are steel or alum (mix is 30%) 100's $19; 80's $16 - PER TANK
Nitrox: Nitrox Upgrades for fly in divers are 100's $13; 80's $10 per tank (mix is 30%) - PER TANK

When you book I'll need to know the following:

* Single or Double Room (we specialize in helping you to find a great roommate to avoid single supplements but we still offer single rooms for those who want them.)
* 30% Nitrox or air
* Rental or Fills (meaning you are bringing your own tanks with you)
* Flying or Driving (and if driving number of nights in the hotel...5 or 4)

You also need to fill out the trip survey and waiver which upon booking you'll receive the password to the forms and docs forum so that you can access them and then return them to us.

Cool! Got you signed up! Yes you pay for Nitrox now and any tank upgrades that you want. So the pkg includes air 80's so you'll pay the nitrox 100 upgrade per tank price. And yes its really worth it. You'll spend hours getting to NC...2 hours by boat and you'll want the added bottom time that Nitrox gives you!

You look like you answered all my questions! I'll send you the link and p/w to the trip survey, waiver and forms.

Where do things stand compared to what happened last year? It looks like another charter boat but god what a pain that trip was. I would love to dive with Bill again, and might be willing to travel down again, There's not alot of places I can carry my doubles with me.

I just read the last post I didn't add the cost of the nitronix upgrade in this check. I will have to send anther check for that cost.

I don't know if you send a link to me for the servey and the waver that is needed to be filled out but I didn't receive one if you did.

If you become a premier member for 25 dollars, you can then get a 25 dollar rebate on any trips you take.
So you will get your 25 dollars returned immediately after full payment is recieved on this trip.
That form is there as well.
If you can fill out the forms and fax or mail them back to Kamala as soon as posible it is greatly appreciated.
Also let us know your travel plans as soon as you have them .

I'm flying in to NC on June 30 with my mom, will be staying at my brothers which is an hour away until the 4th in which I plan on driving down and checking in to the hotel. I will driving back to my brothers on the 9th which I will be flying out on the 10 with my mom back home.

You can send the forms and check at the same time...however if you pay for your premier dues by March 31st you will qualify for our March Membership Madness Contest and you'll still get the 2004 dues rates! After 3-31-07 the dues go to $35. To register to win post in this thread once you've paid or renewed your dues!

And finally...it is really easier for our accounting if you can do a separate check for the membership vs. combining it with money for a trip!

NOTE: If you cut and paste the form into a word doc then you can fill it out faster and easier for us to read. Upon completion email the form to trips@singledivers.com and then the next time you go on a trip with us you'll have 2/3's of the survey filled out already!

Please fax waivers to us or put into the mail hardcopy with your check!

That will be perfect!

Now to complete your registration for membership go to MY CONTROLS (on the same line as your log in name).

Under MY CONTROLS you'll see PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS. Click on PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS and then choose Premier Membership. Check the 'POSTAL' option since you are mailing a check. When I get your check I will complete the validation process and you'll be all set!
