If we need to send money for deposits SD will do that on behalf of the group. First lets see how many people can go and then we'll determine the best way to handle it! And it seems that the sub musuem may be quite popular. Any other dates in Feb work?

Of course we can't please everyone but we can try to please as many people as possible!

Also once we get the date set...we'll move the Who's Going Tally to the first thread and help you keep it updated! -ww

Well, that's the only Sat that works for me in February without rescheduling things which I cannot guarantee...but possible might be able to. So if the 24th works better for more people, that could be an option. I'd have to check with the museum to make sure it's available.

And even if I can't make it but it's better for more other people, then it'd be better.

Nonsense! It was your idea so you should be there! Good idea to see what the museum says. Again if we get 15 that would be great! The group can be flexible...no worries there. If you can do the 24th and others vote that that day is better then we can see about changing it.

Again you won't please everyone all the time...its just a matter of trying to please some of the folks some of the time!

And if the museum is such a hot idea then we can always do it again!

The restaurant next door to the museum is the Heritage restaurant. They do not have a separate room but would put tables together to fit a larger number of people...but it would be in the same area as all the other customers.

They do serve alcohol.

They need to know several days ahead of the date.

I will be in Philippines from Feb 1 through Feb 19... with diving the last week.
