We have 24 spots of which 9 people have paid their deposit leaving 15 spots available. 4 more people have asked to go but will not reduce spots on the trip until $ is received.

I sent my forms around the time that I posted my intent to go on this trip and paid my deposit. Did you not recieve them? I am still listed as "need forms".

Will double check...did you send them via mail or email? If the latter we do not have them for sure and if the former they may be in the trip folder.
(Due to my travel schedule I have occasional office help and they may have filed them without recording them first.)
Thank you for catching this...want to move you up to the 'confirmed list'. I should have known you'd be the type to send your stuff in all together!

I'm definitely in for this trip. Will get all the forms and deposit (how muc? $400 now) in the mail tomorrow.
As for the other
I will be driving from Houston
Will dive Nitrox (have my own tank, but will check with boat)
have my own wieghts, and can bring extra for those flying.
Folks can ride down with me, but I will leave after work, 4:00 pm on Thursday.
