Sorry to hear about that, Kamala. That's sad. I was looking forward to seeing everyone and diving the bridge with those who wanted to join us.

I'm still going to the dive show. I'm planning on taking the photography classes they're offering... plus... I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of friends I only see at the dive show.

GREAT NEWS! The show coordinator and I worked out the kinks and we are doing the show! So I'll get to see everyone afterall!

Hey Kamala, It looks like you are getting lots of great offers for help, which is wonderful. My schedule is insane right now. I will be back down in WPB and the Keys 10 days following the show and am not sure I am up for a couple thousand miles of driving in a couple week span. Maybe next time!

Do you still need help for this show? I might be able to swing attending, even though it's a 900-mile roundtrip trip for me from north Florida!

Ouch! 900 miles is brutal! I hope if you come some of our awesome local members can help with a place to stay! k

Hey gang...I'm trying to get name badges for everyone as well as figure out who is helping which days. Can you pls post to let us know what days and times you can help? Thank you! k

Also we want to put the HH back on again and people have suggested Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I can do all 3 but not sure when others can meet up? We usually do it Sat night and we have friends from other vendors join us as well but we can do it any night that we'll get the most participation.

Both Susie and Holly have been working on ideas. Now that we are back on again....can we lock in something?

I'll be working with 'my' local dive shopt there (booth 302 I think). However I might be able to help in some way, Kamala.
I think we are planning to setup the booth Friday afternoon. Maybe I can start early or late to help. Do you need help setting up a booth? (You do not need to get a badge for me.)

If there is a happy hour on Friday, I will deafinitely attend. I cannot make a Saturday, nor a Sunday happy hour.

If I leave SC at 5am and make it to Mark by 8am and we get on the road and make good time we hope to be there by 5pm. We can do booth set up until 6:30 or 7pm or first thing at 7:30am on Saturday.

I can do the HH any night. We have 1 vote for Friday.

I still like Saturday for the HH, but will make anything work....whatever the majority wants. I will still be available to help both days, want me to be there tohelp with the booth?

My plans are to dive Heron Bridge Friday morning (along with anyone else wishing to join Cindi and me!), then help set up the booth Friday evening if needed. I'm also ready to put in a full day Saturday, but hope to have booked a boat dive OR a return to Heron Bridge on Sunday.

HH Friday or Saturday night works for me, will watch the posts for a final choice. P.S. I will need a badge to work the booth.

Brewzski is where we had the HH the last time we were there! And Friday certainly works great for me as we plan to be there by 5 or 6pm. The HH would start at 6 or 6:30 since we all have an early day the next day!

The food is great unless it changed from the last time we were there!

Is there anyone who was planning to join us that can't do Friday? We can always do dinner and whatever on Saturday as well! k

The reason I am asking what days everyone is working is so I can compile the list of everyone who needs badges! I will be able to get all our workers in for free!
