Hi I did it directly on you new link and it said the the transaction was approved! There is a problem or I did not understand what to do : you have a list of States to choose from and they are mendatory to fill the form but you don't have the canadian provinces on it so I wrote AA for the state and it worked????

Awesome! I thought you FAXED in the form. I will have bank confirmation of transactions this morning so we'll know if it went thru or not. We are still experimenting with the new system and non-us banks and non-us addresses. kamala

Yep they are! One of our awesome TC's (trip coordinators) will get you on the list as soon as they can!

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:

Hey ladies...and gents....PLEASE do not forget to add your 3% non-cash convenience fee if paying with a credit card.

The idea was to make LESS work for my accountant so she would charge us less! But making her follow up to remind you to pay the 3% negates the time savings the new system provides.

Please remember to add it to EACH transaction amount if you are not drawing the funds from your checking account!!

And if you get a pm from our accountant advising that you forgot to include them, please send them immediately via regular check or via the gateway adding the 3% on top of that if you are paying via your credit card. So $30 in cc fees would be $30.90....

Hey everybody! The site is run by volunteers, and we're scattered all over the country. Sometimes, you have to give the same info to two separate volunteers.....like posting here in the trip thread what package you want so the Trip Coordinators can get you signed up properly, and also telling the accountant when you're paying for a trip. Someday, it will all be consolidated but for now, please bear with the redundancy, and post all your package details!

I'm just sayin'.....this is my first trip as a volunteer Trip Coordinator, and I want to get it all correct!
