OK, I got so excited about the trip, I just sent in my money, without any of the details

So let's see
Package: Land (sightseeing and trips withing Egypt) and diving $4660. Right now I am just planning on meeting you there. However, I still need to check airfares and dates that I will already be there and traveling. I will try to confirm all of that later this week after I get back to Africa (headed out tomorrow).
US Departure Taxes & Airport Security: shouldn't need as long as I meet you there
Nitrox: Yes
D/O or S/O: Double Occupancy
Documents: Will get to you as soon as I can.
Dive Insurance: I have DAN insurance, will get you dates and policy # later.
Trip Insurance: I believe I have the DAN insurance that also includes trip insurance??? will need to double check that and will purchase if I don't already have.

There is an element of trip insurance but it ONLY kicks in if you have a dive accident or incident and then miss diving. This is overall trip insurance which is different and you can find several links at the end of the first post!

Hey Red Sea Divers! I'm pretty sure that most of the Trip Coordinators do NOT have the newest version of Word......so if that's what you use when you do your Trip Survey, can you please save your Survey as an older Word document (not .docx) so we can all open your files?

Hi Kamala. It was great email talking with you today. Hope all is awesome in Cozy "where it all started". I know that, cause I was there! I'm back from my 6 continent round the world trip (incl diving) and moving back to TX from CO. Thanks for mentioning this Red Sea trip. It is on my list, & I was going to go solo in Sept 2010, but this would be much better. I have to figure out how to get from a Belize conference to Cairo on May 28th, and get someone to cover my conference in Key West in June. Put me on the definitely interested list for now.
