As someone who has made quite a few trips to Cozumel over the last 4 years, I think you have a choice of Nitrox or 100s. 100's are filled locally where the Nitrox tanks come from a central fill site and are 80's only. Only dive ops like Aldora who do their own fills offer Nitrox 100's or 120s.

I haven't looked at airline tickets yet, but I'm hoping to try for a few extra days since summer is one of my best times for diving (the teacher schedule). I'm thinking about June 15th...

I've been looking for airfare and still looking for a good price, they seem to change daily. I'm considering flying down on the 16th that way having Thur, Fri and Sat to dive.

Also any one up of renting a car one day for a trip to Coconuts :cool2: if time permits.

Being one who has pretty much stuck to the resort or places within walking distance after diving (yea, I know, I GOTTA get out more!) what do you mean by, "a trip to Coconuts"? Interested, but I have no idea what I'm interested in...LOL! :cool2:

Coconuts is this great restaurant/bar on the east side of Cozumel. The views are amazing it sits on top of a hill. It a place to stop on a drive to the other side of Cozumel.

Is it best to fly out of Cancun at the end of the trip instead of Cozy? Will we be closer to Cancun?

Yes, you will want to fly out of Cancun at the end. It will be closer. Otherwise you have to take the ferry back over to Cozumel.

The east side. Basically no development. Looks like we need to get you out for a trip around the island.

Here's a like to a map, it shows where Coconuts is, basically the other side of the island from the Plaza.

Looks great! Waiting on the Cozy only pricing.....thanks!

Coming right up! Do you want it for a full week? I can get you a free night dive if you do the whole week! :canada:

p.s. I'll include s/o which is very reasonable and d/o and perhaps you'll agree to do the s/o if we get someone else who wants the whole week!

I'm thinking for the entire week, since the airfare goes up if its not on the weekend, so it won't really cost that much extra.

Not really interested in night dive.

End up with 5 days diving, Friday off. Don't need meals for extra days, it will give me the opportunity to get back to Casa Denis and Especia's!

Thanks
