Does quarterly mean within this quarter? or we just need to let them know we didn't dive each quarter until we want to again? (after telling them what we found this time)

Hello Dan,
I was rooting around on the web, and found these sites. Hope it helps some.

This site will give you some info about the forms. You have to submt the forms 4 times a year even if you are not diving.

That is a link to the electronic submission for one of the forms.

This is the second form. I did not see the option for sending it as an email.

This is the link for the application for the license, in case you make a future trip after your license expires.

Of course, all of this work on my part may cost you a couple more bottles of Ricardo next year. I hope this helps, and I look forward to a future trip with you.

If there is no electronic submission for the one form, Ed can you call the peeps in SC and ask how people who live out of the US send the info to them? I'm sure you can get an email at least to send a pdf scan too.

The response that I got back is that the report to the museum is snail mail only. You might just have to raise the Willaurie again Dan. That looks to be the method. Ed

I'm thinking of a redux in June or Aug of next year! I hope everyone can make it...I will have Bill look at tide schedules and let us know!

UPDATE:

The artifact recovery form can be submitted online or perhaps even emailed which if you are trying to submit pictures that would be the easiest.

However the Fossil Report Form has to be mailed. I have googled the Chief Curator of Natural History and emailed him and the Chief Curator of History for the Museum requesting that we be allowed to email our forms so as to be able to submit pictures and the other info requested more readily.

I will advise their reply.

I have also asked Bill to help me recall all the dives we did so you can have it for your log books AND you can hopefully figure out where you found your goodies at!

p.s. Thanks Ed for getting this ball rolling! If we can score email addresses to send the forms too it will make it 1000% easier for ALL of us!
