Good for/prefer 12 dives - but will work with whatever we end up with - will buy beer for Kate and Scott to drink if they are watching bubbles in the afternoon.

Also, would like to stay on the boat Thurs & Sun nights as available.

Thanks for your work on this - esp as you are getting ready for the Red Sea

Sunday Night, Monday Night (But I can stay at a hotel, there is a best western close by, I do need to know soon though to book)
Rooms at the place close to the airport are $75/night.

Ok so here is what I think we have so far:

1. Kate 8pkg with 2 extra on Sunday am if possible and ideally not pay for the 2 that afternoon she can not use. Arrive Friday and stay Sunday on boat fly Monday early.

2. Scott 8pkg with 2 extra on Sunday am if possible and ideally not pay for the 2 that afternoon he can not use. Arrive Thursday and stay Thurs nite on boat and stay Sunday night on boat and fly out Monday early.

3. Trey 12 dive pkg with 4 on Friday, Sat & Sun. Arrive Thursday, stay Thurs nite on boat and stay Sunday night and Monday nite on the boat fly out on Tuesday.

4. Kelly 12 dive pkg with 4 on Friday, Sat & Sun. Arrive Thursday, stay Thurs nite on boat and stay Sunday night on the boat fly out on Monday night.

5. Brian 12 dive pkg with 4 on Friday, Sat & Sun. Arrive Thursday, stay Thurs nite on boat and stay Sunday night and Monday nite on the boat fly out on Tuesday.

6. Joe 12 dive pkg with 4 on Friday, Sat & Sun. Arrive Thursday, stay Thurs nite on boat and stay Sunday night on the boat fly out on Monday night.

KEY:

a. Thursday nite on the boat is extra $40
b. Sunday nite if doing the 8pkg is no charge
c. Monday nite if doing the 12 pkg is no charge

MY APOLOGY...

I created this mess by not having the extra day of diving worked out before allowing people to book the 3 day pkg. so I will work out something so the divers are not penalized out of their pockets. (I can not work out a solution with the boat until this Thursday as they are in the Bahamas doing a trip.) Please forgive me for the inconvenience, confusion and uncertainty I've created to the divers on this trip...this is why we do very few adhoc trips on the site...it either takes too long to work out a plan, or someone is left out/excluded or the plan changes and someone has to pay more or can't take advantage of the changes etc. and as a result they are either excluded, left out, or they have to pay more etc. This is NOT acceptable as our WHOLE FOUNDATION is being a site that is inclusive, so this is why we run monthly organized trips on the site and have very few adhoc or member organized trips.

But everyone once in a while its good for me to have this timely reminder! LOL!!!

p.s. It has been mentioned that this is one of several 'at cost' trips we run on the site for our members since we are technically a dive club on steroids...and someone wanted to know all of them so this year's trips are/were Belize, NC, Cooper River, Atocha, & Florida Memorial Day with Halloween Cozy a close second.

Yes you just missed it but we have a great trip to NC that HAS opening! Great diving...WARM WATER and usually lots of VIS....oh yeah....LOTS OF SHARKS!!! LOTS OF WRECKS!!!!

Do we fly in and then call some number for pickup? get a cab?
I noticed a shopping center about 1/2-3/4 a mile away via google
maps can we make a stop by there for some tasty beverages?

I assume we are there are only Al-80's?

If I should be directing these questions to the operator let me

Hey Brian...normally I would run interference and find out but if you can call the number I've listed in the first post or the FAQ post that would be great. I will be sending the flight details for everyone. I'm scampering to fill the last spot so a bit later in getting payment requirements to everyone...fortunately everyone is very cool and understanding and willing to hang onto their money until I can bill them!
