I'm interested in going back to dive the outer islands. I did a liveaboard land tour in April of 08 and did some diving around the main islands. The water temp was around 78 degrees; it was amazing both above and below the water.

Since this will be a stand alone trip with no sister/companion trip as soon as I lock the dates in I will start an early sign up. The dep will be the usual $1000 for big trips and we'll have some REALLY cool early booking incentives!
I have not heard if I can still get the date and how much I have to put as a deposit...its usually around $6k which is a lot right now...hence the early booking discounts to bring some money in to cover the deposits.

Early Dec should be optimal temp wise and weather wise... AND air should be very reasonable as well. Last time when we went you get MILES for the tickets...that's really a great advantage.
I will be making a final decision before the end of the month. Date I've got on hold is the Dec 1-8 date so just need to decide to pull the trigger...

Kamala, I would be interested in the December date and can pay the deposit in advance. I went on a Galapagos trip before I was certified so I only snorkeled, but that was amazing! Please add me to your list of interested people.

Would love to do the Galapago's again.
Have been there in August and September.
For us Great Lakes Divers the water temp was fine.
But over Thanksgiving or early December would be great.
I think I could talk Seastar into it also!!
